The drive-up window is slow and I feel like I am being held captive since I send my transaction through the chute and have to wait and wait. One time it was more than five minutes, so I called the bank to let them know I was waiting outside at the window. My least favorite teller never recognizes us, treats us like strangers asking to see ID, and questions our transactions. We have banked there for at least 2 decades for "convenience" but it is definitely INconvenient close to tax time when we make a large deposit that doesn't clear right away.
I just spent 40 min just wanting to close my recently deceased dad's account. I have called the bank for weeks, no one ever answered. Now the lobbies open and the bank is going through a merger, what a bad time for a merger. Talk about feeling ignored while all the clerks go about the busy merging paperwork. A very nice teller who tried to do what she could to help me was also being ignored by those who close accounts. I was asked by the teller to call tomorrow. Excuse me, I said, I have been calling for weeks and have just witnessed all the staff in here ignore incoming calls. Okay, the poor teller said, let me call you tomorrow to which I replied, my dads been banking with this bank thru three or more mergers since the 1970s and now no one can take a moment to get me an appointment or even acknowledge me. While sitting there the whole time I was thinking how many times I had banked here for our store, our hot dog cart business and helping my folks bank over the years. It so sad to be ignored at this very weird time. Very poor service.
Went in here to break a 20, I had just used their atm, and they said they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a current member. The good old days of customer service don’t apply to this place. I will not be becoming a member of this bank. Come on guys, really????
Don't trust the hours for this bank at all! Another Friday where they close early. This was on the first of the month, Who cares if people need to cash their check and pay rent right? Worst banking experience at this branch.
One of the worst baking experiences ever. It was approximately 4:45 on Oct 7. The manager was rude, condescending and belittling to a person with a developmental disability. That person is moving on to chase. I will never recommend rabobank. Horrible!!!!
