I had a very pleasant experience buying a recliner at Rosso's. I have bought furniture from them over the years and this experience was just as good. Andres was knowledgeable and very likable. I enjoyed talking with him. He made the sale very easy.
My husband and I visited the Gilroy store and dealt with Andres. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and was very no pressure. Unfortunately furniture being a major purchase took some time to figure out type, sizing, colors, needs etc. We ended up leaving to think it over. We went back a couple weeks later and once again Andres was fantastic help. He remembered us and what we had been looking for. Long story short, we figured it out and he helped us place our order. We're anxiously waiting for shipment the orders are placed with the factory so it can take up to 8 weeks. Their selection is great, pricing is competitive and the help is beyond expectations. We highly recommend!!!
Really great experience at Rosso's. Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We described our unique situation to him and he was able to guide us to products that would suit what we were looking for. Delivery time was fast and convenient. Overall selection of furniture was really nice and stylish.
I walked in the store and was greeted by a nice floor salesman, very knowledgeable, no pressure, great customer service, I ended up purchasing a beautiful love seat that I am very happy with. We purchased 4 years back an electric leather recliner with remote for my husband, still have it, same experience great customer service. Our formal living room set was purchased as well from Rossos 10 years back, very modern, a great color, still looks great
Really pleasant experience. Andres was helpful, but not pushy. He listened when I explained what I was looking for, and the entire process was very smooth. They have quality furniture brands, and very good pricing.
Awesome salesman we got, his name was Andres, polite, helpful, explained my question’s when I had one! I very happy I stopped & used my invitation, got great service purchased what I went for bc of the salesman, Andres, he showed me the perfect mattress & a lamp, wish lamp was a set but the ones I liked all just had one. If Rosso did events like this more often, it would bring customers to the store which I’m sure you sell more than when Rosso just say’s sale. Many people are in need of furniture for the loss with rain this year, thing’s are expensive all around so sales plus any extra sales help at these difficult time’s for store’s & customers Thank you Andres for your excellent service & thank you Rosso for this great invitation‼‼‼‼
We met one of the new owners, Sarah. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Sarah saved us time by obtaining a photo of our recently bought couch and chair to match the color with a rocker lazy boy recliner. We are extremely happy with the service and delivery of the furniture. We have been satisfied customers for over twenty years.
Daniel was very helpful, professional and courteous with assisting my husband and I with ordering a sofa. He assisted us at the Morgan Hill store and answered all of our questions about the sofa brand we were interested in. Once my husband and I decided on a model we sought Daniel out at the Gilroy store, his home store, a few weeks later and he helped us place our order. He was patient while we picked out our fabric and let us know what we could expect as far as next steps and delivery. Highly recommend Rossos furniture and Daniel for a pleasant shopping experience.
I selected a la-z-boy recliner of choice and requested for it to be customized. The best part of the experience was the friendliness of the staff who assisted me in my choice. I’m hard of hearing and so often use a transcription app to understand what others say. The assistant was completely at ease with this and answered questions I had as though nothing was out of the ordinary. My hearing was not an issue and I was treated 100% as any other customer.
Great service! The gentlemen that helped us were fast efficient and very friendly! They even predicted the score of the Mexico game and they were right! Great job guys! Thank you for the hard work you guys do, we appreciate it!
