this gas station is a mess, the worst RaceTrac ever. I want you to go there at 7:30 AM and see what's happening. very bad manager, bad attitudes. dirty store. coffee always no cream, asking one of the workers there is like pegging for coffee creamer. very bad attitude from manger to workers. The worst RaceTrac store ever, unfortunately it is the closest to my house. oh yes and don't use your credit card at the pump, they will authorize the credit card for a $120 and keep the money for 2 days even though your are purchasing $10 worth of Gas, they will still authorize your card for 120$. bad bad bad place, management is terrible, save your money don't go there.
I really don’t know how you advertise open 24 hrs and have in your mission statement that you are always open. This site as well as others in this area are usually closed after 10pm. I can only imagine how much revenue each store loses from this. I have sat and watched on different occasions where at least 30+ customers have pulled up and left due to store being closed, all within a 15 min window. There is nothing more frustrating than going to a store that promotes “Always Open” to be closed when you get there. I know the Quik Trip stores love it when
Great station. I fell that racetrac need to get it together and go outside and put receipt paper in machines at pump this is not the first time. But they need to do better
RENOVATED and it looks great. It’s like a whole new store. Fresh clean updated and the staff are cool. I like the variety of dessert items like frozen yogurt, ice cream, sorbet, slushees etc and don’t forget you can add a variety of toppings too. I don’t like that the toppings are open to the flying insects the bathrooms are clean and there are plenty of gas pumps to choose from. You can even get a hot drink in the morning or when winter comes around. Grab some gas, a pizza, some dessert and some drinks and call it a night!
This used to be my go to spot for gas, snacks and cigarettes. On the whole I will go to RaceTrac over any other, but I will avoid this one. The inside is slipping, the management at this particular location has gone down hill. I went here at 9pm on a Saturday. They had the place locked up with no sign saying why. There were multiple employees wandering around and a lot of confused customers out front. I and several others tried to use the call box which the employees all seemed to dismiss. Finally a lady with a name plate that said manager who wasn’t wearing a RaceTrac shirt came over and was trying to talk out through the glass instead of the call box. Look I get that situations come up but throw a sign on the door and pay attention to the call box OR just close all together. I’m giving two stars because it used to be a great location, and overall I love RaceTrac. This location lately ALWAYS has issues with letting you use points which is the whole reason for loyalty. It used to be a cleaner store. Now not so much and there are always beggars hanging around the front door. I try to help them but it can also be uncomfortable. I don’t want some guy with a push buggy insisting on cleaning my wheels. This location is in a nice area, but is acting like it’s not. Time for new management and to get back to the way it was in the past.
Well I mean look Race Trac always has been one of my favorite places OK their hot sandwich hot dogs subsandwiches are above the standard status qou the only draw back of this particular location is its really busy all the time lines are a normal here however the staff does a really good job to eliminate the wait time and get people on there way un like Walmart where two lanes are open and one cashier I always stop here it's a great place and convenient so I give it 5 stars
Terrible. I pay at the pump. Their is never paper receipts at the pump. Waste time going inside for a receipt.
The gasby cheap and also I love the doey sausages and And breakfast pizza

This is a great place as long as you go before 11pm. They refuse to even answer at the night window, even though they claim to be open. I have gotten gas there several times at night and needed my receipts. The pump wouldn't print it out and said to see cashier but noone would come to the window. I even saw someone inside but they ignored me when I knocked on the window. It was very rude. I tried calling and after approx. 3 minutes of ringing it hung up on me and then only rang busy until i gave up.
