This particular location is run exceptionally poorly. The Slurpee machine has been broken for two months. Right before I began to leave this negative feedback I looked through some of the negative feedback left by other customers and I am disgusted by some of the other problems customers have pointed out about this location. It’s obvious the management of this location needs to either be replaced or to be better trained. I would recommend not going to this location for any reason. There are plenty of other choices nearby use one of the other gas stations. Also, play some criticisms on this platform seem to have no affect on the quality of service rendered by the station, please in the future reach out directly on their website.
This RaceTrac never have pizza available the last 3times I went in they haven’t had nothing but that cheeseburger pizza witch I’m not too fond of Went to ask the register lady and she told me no there is no pizza coming out like really Your a 25 hour store that sell A lot of pizza obviously, but how can you tell me that there is no pizza coming out more worried about what’s going on in her phone then feeding the Neidy now coming back to this franchise anymore no customer service skills at all. Need to be retrained not cool bathrooms don’t have toilet paper. Don’t look like it’s been clean in a hot minute but yes, this race track will not get any more of my head earn coins
The cashier Sam was cleaning the bathroom with gloves and he wore the same gloves to ring up my purchase and he didn’t even care. I told him not to touch my stuff but he still did . That is disgusting and should not be allowed and should be reported to health department.
I live up the street from this race track they close whenever you never know when the store is going to be open 9 times Outta 10 they have a note pinned on the door Sorry For your inconvenience but we are closed until further notice. I do not see how this place stays open as a functioning gas station. All I can say is Wawa thanks you very much for your dysfunction.
Staff is rude and store is dirty. Theres not a lot of people out right now and theres reason this place should be so unclean. Went to pay for my drinks and the cashier said nothing to m . She was too busy talking on her bluetoot . When i put my card in to pay, she walked off. Phone call was more important then saying hello or thank you i guess.
This store is NOT open 24 hours. It is shorthanded so they put a sign on the door even when people/ employees are in there with door locked. I have tried to get my breakfast here for 3 weeks, no more. I'm going back to Wawa.
The pumps hardly ever have paper for a recipe. Then you have to walk in to get one and there are ten people online and only one person at the register. This is not the first nor the second nor the 3rd nor the 4th nor the fifth time this has happened. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
Gloria and Saisha are the two best people I have met here. The station is quite new but it is up to date as well as customer service. Just coming home from Chick Fil A, Gloria had covered a beverage Mango Peach Teafor me when I insisted on waiting for it to brew while I pumped gas. I come back and she told me it was on the house. Amazing service here.
Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason  in that occasion we visited racetrac where they have good prices, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the food is fresh also the place is clean and organized, and you can do everything by the website. If I help you please push .
This store is always closed 20 minutes or more before the actual listed time. Does your company like losing money and customers? Whats the point in the service window if the employees refuse to use it?
