The staff there is far from friendly!!! No welcome in, have a good day, small talk nothing!! The girl at the counter named Mickey has the worst attitude by far, especially as a manager!! RaceTrack please do better at hiring friendly people!! Like if you hate job PLEASE QUIT, AND FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE... BUT side note: the place is clean!!
i’ve never been into an establishment where THE STAFF SAYS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! I mean from the time you walk in to the time you check out and it’s super awkward , I went in to get gas per usual and there was a cashier who NEVER SPEAKS EVER at first I thought she was just having a bad day but it’s weeks later and it’s still the same NO RESPONSE I mean not a hi , thank you or nothing ! I find that so odd because it’s customer service ? right or is it just race trac and they don’t have to speak or be professional and it’s not EVERYONE at this location just a select few and to be honest when I initially walked in for the first time I was happy to see people of color like me working and just it felt good to have that in a setting because it’s not too often my favorite places are filled with people of color and to be so disappointed with how they act non chalant without a care and no professionalism. I have grammar errors because i’m so annoyed with my experience. Now that i know there’s a no speaking policy apparently i just won’t have the expectation to speak i will just come in say what i need and get out there’s no need to expect more out of people who don’t want to be at work - - To say the least I don’t really like coming to this location out of the few for this very reason. why spend my money somewhere I feel odd or awkward. ?
I left something very important and the employees up there held it for me till i got there to pick it up. Honest people. Love to see southern hospitality still exist. My new favorite gas station
This place it a hit or miss most time. I only stopped because I need gas and the price was $.25 off a gallon on upside app. Nevertheless the give excuses while you can't use the bathroom This has been several time around 3pm and at 8:30pm. I won't be stopping here again anytime soon. I spent over $75 dollars. Customer service is truly lacking. Not to mention the cashier didn't know how to ring up a giftcard and seemly had a attitude. The young man was sitting down after finishing some Popeyes. Whether you on break or off customers see, or noticed everything at least I do.

On 6-3-2022 at 845 a young lady who works here walked by my kid an niece. I thought she didn't say excuse me. An I was rude unbeknownst to me she didSo I apologized twice .These are the most professional young people I have ever met .An I want to thank all 3 workers for being so awesome to to my rude self. But they completely understood that kids make people act crazy. And I am so glad I was still greeted with professionalism.They understood the assignment
Came into the store some time ago late in the night to get gas. The shift manager Tj was very professional and nice!!! Store looked amazing and felt welcoming!!! I recommend he gets recognition or a raise!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!
6-13-22 Stop to use the rr and possibly get breakfast. Cant even get into the store without a individual approaching folks in the parking lot asking for money etc. Barely get in the bldg. Tell the cashiers. She said oh is it a white guy. I said no and then I described the individual and told her those of us coming in he was approaching mostly women. And he made us feel uncomfortable. Neither of the employees had employee shirts on so i wasnt sure if even who i told were employees to be honest. And the womens rr was absolutely disgusting. Hair all over etc. Toilets looked they hadnt been cleaned in mths same with the floor. I didnt get breakfast there as dirty as it is in there.
This is the worst place to stop for anything! Customer service SUCKS! Majority of the employees are rude and act as if they don’t want to be at work and the customers are bothering them by shopping in store. Some of the employees have their children at work with them running around the store. Dare you to ask for something or ask a question . The employees at this location are just the worst to deal with. Drive another mile to another station for better customer service.
No squeegees no water no paper towels at every pump I thought that was something that was supposed to be checked every shift
