Pay at pump doesn't work, store is dirty. I informed the cashier about the pay at pump issue, and he said he knew but did not indicate that anything was going to be done about fixing it.
Don’t bother stopping here in the morning. They don’t have enough employees to open the store, they won’t even come to the window if you need a gas receipt. It’s not very clean either, dirty floors and dirty windows, trash on the side walls. This one I guess doesn’t do breakfast on the weekend either, which is fine I guess cause the last sandwich I had was cold and soggy.
Overall, the place is pretty decent. I especially like the big dude who speaks to everyone like he respects them and cares about the customers experience. Today however, I was treated as rudely as possible by the pizza girl. Now I’m not trying to get anyone fired, just how about a little training? There were only a few “range riders” left for pizza, well, it was lunch time, so I asked if she was making fresh. She mumbled something and I told that I couldn’t hear what she was saying. She continued to mumble. So, I figured since i only have a half hour for lunch I take the dried up stuff. Just as I was going for them she snatched them away and threw them in the garbage. I said, “so you are making fresh?” No response. So I stood. Waiting. She mumbled when she walked by. That’s when I noticed, she had earbuds in and talking ON THE PHONE. Never heard a word I said!!! Never even acknowledged that I was trying to get pizza or that I was standing there THINKING I was having a conversation with the little darling. I felt very foolish. But I feel better now. I’m sure there is a policy in place about phone and work. Maybe guide some of the young black girls to the section in the employee handbook. Not that everyone else couldn’t be on their phone, it’s just the person that I tried to interact with was a young black girl. Can’t believe I have to explain that.
Great store I’m able to get gas in my car easily,but I still don’t get the 24 hour thing whenever I try to walk in the doors are closed whenever it’s night but besides that. The store has great products helpful employees and a overall good atmosphere.
Everybody should stop going to this racetrack store, customers are constantly being turned away because they close the doors and lock them at 8:00 at night because they don't want to deal with customers while they're doing their merchandising it's ridiculous I stopped at this race track every night on my way to work to get coffee and half the time there's a sign on the door saying sorry we're closed
Traveling through and stopped by today to get gas. Went inside to grab a few drinks and cut my finger on the door. I asked the cashier if she had a bandaid or first aid kit. She insisted they didn’t. This is concerning because it certainly a requirement. Went across the street and the cashier got out the first aid kit without hesitation. Chose Mobil across the street. The cashier was a young girl.
Unleaded pumps are always down. I think 2 of the 16 total are working as of 1/9/22. Trash cans sky high with trash at 9am and looks like inventory was forgotten about inside the store.
This has got to be the worst racetrac I've ever been to... I travel quite a bit for work and never have had any issues. Multiple times this location's inside store is "closed." Plenty of employees hanging out inside on their phones? Sad.
This is a convenience store that is not convenient. In the mornings it is always locked stating it is closed to due to short staff, but you can watch the workers walking around ignoring you. In the time it took me to pump my gas I watched 10 cars pull in, park, and check the doors only to be ignored. If someone cares about this business I suggest opening up for the morning commuters heading to work.
Seams that this is not a 24H Race Trac. Thankful for the attendant that allowed us to use the bathroom however we were not allowed to purchase anything as they were closed due to short staff. Reviews indicated your been short staff for months...
