Beware!! Will not refund your money even though the item has not been used and returned within 4 days. Very disappointed and will make sure my friends are careful when shopping at these types of stores.
I parked my car right across the street and this little clothing shop caught my eyes right away. All the vibrant color clothes and shirts are so nice and fine, I so wanted to spend my entire day in the shop and try on everything. At the end I grabbed two shirts coz was in a hurry but I’ll for sure come back to visit if I’m in town again.
Rustic House is a small locally owned Business and I support small businesses in my area always. Rachelle owner has years worth of retail clothing experience and does an amazing job personally choosing each piece for her retail shops. The coastal shops are fabulous as well always a great experience. A+++++
I bought two pairs of boot cuffs for my mom and a pair of cuffs and Ilsa Jacobsen boots for my sister for Christmas. They loved them! I also bought a purse for my best friend for Christmas and she loved it so much she cried. These are really great products. But to me, the products don't make everything, it's the whole experience. I know and adore the family who own and run the shop, and they are just wonderful and accepting people. I hope they open a men's store!
I just received my 5th order from RM Rustic House- I love the clothes, candles, lotions so much. The quality is amazing, the staff is friendly and encourages you to “be you”! If you haven’t shopped here in person or online it is a must!
One of my favorite stores in the city. I bought the cutest rain boots from them earlier this year, and had just gone back for another pair. They also carry the most comfortable leggings. I, again, went back and bought two more pairs after the initial success.
Cute shop, that much is obvious, but really disappointing customer service today 12/17/14. I work in the area, and walked over on my lunch hour. I was prepared to purchase the Bed Stu "Venice Beach" bag I'd seen online, but I didn't even rate a greeting or second look from either of the sales associates. Not sure what it was about me that turned them off, as I smiled and tried to catch their eye twice, even taking a full lap around the store. I know there was another customer trying on shoes, I think, but with just two of us in the store, I had hoped for at least minor acknowledgement and maybe even an offer to help, as both associates were offering to the other guest. What a disappointment. Don't think I'll be back, even for that beautiful bag.

Very rude sales person. Just kept repeating the price of shoes like I was too poor to afford it when I asked to try them on. Would not let me and handed me info to look them up first?
Wonderful owner who is passionate about everything she curates in her stores. Fun mix of fashion - including chic Denmark based Ilse Jacobsen shoes, boots and rain coats.
