What pleasant customer service experiences I received from 3 Sales Associates at Rack Room Shoes in Homestead; over the phone with Linda and in person with Jason and Karime. I live in the Pinecrest area, however I am willing to travel to this location due to the exceptional service. To encounter this type of service is rare so Rack Room Shoes, these 3 employees deserve to be recognized. Thank you Linda, Jason and Karime.
I have to give Christian the Asst. Manager Kudos and Props for his patience, help and knowledge. I had to take My 76 mother with Dementia whom is really hard to shop for almost like a 5 year old, but we love her even tho she ask who we are. This rack room seriously was very clean, very nice and I enjoyed visiting plus purchasing socks and shoes for my mom. Please Rack Room notice your Employees that are as good as Christian. This store is a little smaller than the one at the Keys Outlet, but it has a good variety. The shoes are obviously not this season but still nice name brands. They do have employees but they are almost like decorations in the store and are rarely available to help find anything. There is little air-conditioning and it seems warm in there especially with a lot of customers in the store, so get in, find something and get out before it becomes uncomfortable
I’m not someone to share a horrible visit however I will never shop here again. The staff don’t even know what there doing so much so they try to overprice you. I asked for manager he was helpful and fixed the issue. I love having new shoes but I just wish they had them in more sizes.
Here shopping isn't the best, yesterday I went to get new shoes but after I got my shoes I was disappointed. Everyone shoes there well at least these two shoe brands in there are fake The "nike* shoe and " vans". Last year I went to buy some white air force but after a while if using that shoe I notice that it was fake compared to all the one other people have, I was tricked and the vans from yesterday are also fake the reason why if you searchthe shoe the have 2 lines in like the tip of your shoe and the one they sale don't and same with the air force"nike" logo is wasn't real. Therefore they sale fake shoes there. I recommend going to footlocker to get the actual stuff. You can still buy some at rack if you really need shoe and don't wanna waste much but I don't recommend buy from here again.
I love sneakers! So, when I occassionally visit I would get really good deals.
Surprised that Kohls next door had very little men's shoe inventory. Needed a last minute pair of shoes for work. Staff was friendly. They HAD INVENTORY, and I found the Perfect pair of shoes!!!
WARNING: This place does not follow Coronavirus guidelines. On Sunday, August 9th one of the Male employees working did not have his face mask on correctly...exposing his whole nose. Most of the time he had his mask down off his face, down on his chin. Customers were also in the store with no mask on and no one told them anything. With how cramped the store is...there is no social distancing being enforced.
Good prices and sales. But not much variety in sizes. Employees were not very helpful either.
Friendly, helpful and quick to acknowledge when someone needs help. First time I went there, totally satisfied and will be coming back. Thank you.
