Excellent location for anyone looking for a good choice and affordable prices. The is a big variety of men’s, women’ and children footwear. Often there is a promotion and often there are discounts on many models. On weekdays this shop is opened till 10PM. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I have spent some time trying different shoes and was able to find exactly what I was looking for.
Nice clean and well laid out store. Staff could be a little more attentive. Probably due to labor shortages. Prices are fair. No line checking out.
This place is an experience. It's a smaller location so the shoes are kind of all on top of eachother. The manager was rude when I tried to make a return. I had the wrong size sent to me but the manager insisted they were correct. I had a receipt but had to get another pair of shoes to not lose money on the return due to the bogo 50%. Even though, thr pair I was returning did not qualify for the bogo. If you order online, they charge 7.95 to return via mail. As I was leaving the store, the manager huffed and the girl working with her snickered at my frustration. I didn't live close and forgot my card at home. She said there wasn't anything she could do. Even with a receipt. No store credit, just pushed my shoes back at me like I was bothering her. Turned me off from Rack Room in a big way. I posted my experience on social media and apparently, this is a common experience causing people to shop other shoe stores.
Was looking for "Hey Dude" slip on shoes for men and women. Huge selection. The staff was extremely helpful from the time we walked into the store until we departed. Prices were what we expected except that the store offered 50% off pair #2. OUTSTANDING. CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.
Didn't have larger ladies sizes so i ordered online
Just stopped in to find a specific pair of Nike’s. I was greeted by Brian the assistant manager. He checked on me a few minutes later and I asked if he had the shoes in a different color. He checked the computer to see if they were an online item. They weren’t unfortunately. I still got a pair they had and couldn’t pass up the buy one get one half price deal. He looked up my phone number and I had a discount on top of that as well. He really made my visit a pleasant one! Thanks Brian!
Got a couple pairs of really nice shoes. They were generally almost $100 each I got both pairs for only $22. Plus the people were really cool really nice and knew exactly what I wanted/needed! Great place, great location, great crew!
