Torn apart and a box with the wrong size shoe in it. Just better places here to shop is all.

Shoes labeled at one price but ring up a different price. The manager  refused to honor the price advertised. Lier and rude

This store is amazing. They are so nice!! Charlene helped us with so much. She was such a nice and amazing employee. We couldn’t get our buy one get one deal to work and she helped us come up with some ideas of coupons to use instead. Best Rack Room i’ve been to and great service. Will be back!!

Pretty rude!!! Was shopping for shoes and had to use restroom that I was basically in and told me they were not for customers.

Huge selection  my only complaint they need more DC skateboard shoe selection otherwise everything’s okey-dokey

Caught the store using the old bait and switch. Shoes labeled at one price but ring up a different price. The lady at the counter refused to honor the price advertised.

Smaller shoe place so not much of a variety. Prices can be on the higher side compared to other outlet locations unless they running a promo like buy one and get second at half off. Worth to look but they didn't have my shoes size I was looking for and ended up leaving empty handed.

This outlet store has a wide variety of shoes in lots of sizes. I noticed a ton of shoes for the spring and summer including flip flops and sneakers. Lots of cute sandals for women!  They seem to be fully stocked and are preparing for when things open up more after the pandemic. The staff were all wearing masks and observing CDC guidelines.

Liked the Buy 1 get 1 half off deal. Got 2 pairs of shoes today for my wife because of the good deal and good selection!
