The selection isn't as great as DSW but we found something the kid liked and though they didn't have her right size 2.5 they did leave me a ladder to go up the 7 or 8 feet to reach the 3.5 shoe, which was fine for her. Kinda pricy but it's Nike so...nothing's a bargain anymore.
Refused to return UNOPENED shoes. Downright rude and horrible service. Fire the staff and then only will this place improve even a little bit.
It's hard to find shoes that are small enough for my feet and that look good for my age. I found a pair of sketchers walking shoes and to my surprise they are very comfortable. I will definitely go back to get my next pair. I wasn't impressed with the sandal selection though.
Nice variety of shoe brands. Prices aren't bad, and the shoes are nice. The store is set up nicely, and it seems open and welcoming. Sometimes you may not find the right shoe size, but there are bound to be other shoes there that you will like. They sell most name-brand brands and some other ones which are just as good. Most likely will be back again!
We came in shopping for two girls 6-8 and the selection for girls is minimal at best. In the entire store there was roughly 1/2 an aisle for girls. Other customers were also complaining about the same thing. It's almost like girls dont exist in their minds.
Called and asked if there was a way to find my receipt in their system since I have an account with them and they said they could. I showed up and they said it wasn't possible and I was given a gift card. I guess I can cut it up and feed it to my dogs since I'm not able to get them food now....and no they were not used.
This location has the friendliest and sweetest employees. Went in. At 6 even though they close at 6 they still let me and a few other customers shop. Great customer service, I liked a pair of Adidas but my size wasn't available so a young girl ordered me the shoes I wanted to be shipped to my house without any shipping fees. Thank you for your help!
Nice collection of shoes. Helpful staff. Possible to have sizes not in store order and shipped.
Terrible. We stood by two employees waiting for help, for five minutes. They never acknowledged us and talked to each other. No other customers were in the store. They were taking about what shoes they got for their kids? And giggling. We ended up leaving.
