Cancellations: All cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to your scheduled session. A 50% fee will be applied to all cancellations under 24 hrs. "No shows" will result in a 100% service charge to the client. Any vouchers are for first time clients only. Prepaid packages at reduced prices are non-refundable
