We love our new spa! It was delivered sooner than expected with excellent customer service.  James, from the Piketon location,  worked with my husband via phone and then made an unscheduled "house call" when we had issues with our new electrical hookup.  He went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated.

Super knowledgeable about keeping our pool and our spa crystal clear!!  Prices are very reasonable and I appreciate all of the help you have given us be it in person or over the phone!! You were able to get us parts for both when we needed them in a reasonable amount of time as well!

Never answer phones, and never have items in stock

We requested an inspection of the pool, on Monday there the young attendant offered to make an appointment for the same week ‘s Friday. We requested to make a phone call before stopping by. She assured it will be done. Friday came and at 10:23 am I called Radiant Pools to confirm the appointment, a young male, after indicating that they only have 2 people for appointments and one called in sick. Then this young male reassured that it will be done later on today. 2:44 pm wifey called talked to a young lady and was adamant the person was detained at a job site in Chillicothe. But assured that our appointment will be next.  she said , she tried to contact the installer, but most likely was busy finishing the job”  As I’m writing this, we have not received a call or not one as come to our address. Business dictate that a well oiled run company, will find success. By promising and not delivering, it is not an example of Good Business Conduct.
