Radio Shack

I would recommend this store to ANYONE who enjoys shopping in a customer friendly environment! This is the only RadioShack that I've ever walked into and I get an IMMEDIATE associate acknowledging my presence and approaches me with a positive and friendly greet. "Hello welcome to RadioShack, my name is Christian, I will be assisting you today, how can I help you?" He did NOT pressure me when I let the gentlemen know that I was just browsing. Instead of constantly pressuring me, he provided me with the weekly deals and advised if I needed anything or had any questions to feel free to approach him because he was there to assist my needs. I have NEVER been treated like that in ANY RADIOSHACK! I Unfortunately the item I was looking for, they were out of stock but he called a local nearby RadioShack store, and instead of sending me to the other store he brought the item to ME! Also, as I waited for the gentlemen to bring me the item, I was being acknowledged by a young lady named Erica, even while she helped other customers she managed to keep me company by having a friendly conversation with me as I waited. The BEST Customer Service experience at RadioShack! It was a HUGE difference from the RadioShack by Wal-Mart in Florida City, that store needs management and staff like the one in this store! I will recommend this store when recommending a RadioShack.

I went to buy a 19" monitor and the guy trys to sell it to me with no remote or a open box discount for it being a display modle. I feel they will rip you off and try selling you anything They tell you to buy. I spoke with the manager and he wouldnt even offer me any other deals real rude I feel they have poor customer service right when I walked in the guy walks into the back room on his cell phone... pleas dont waste youe time herd
