With such a small shop and 4 people working, they're always busy not answering the phone properly. Called and asked a question about availability a cable that connects IPad to TV, short answer was. Sorry, I don't know.. we're too busy.. you need to come in, we may help you then. Really, why you answered the phone?
A nice gentleman helped me here to get the correct battery for my watch and let me open it on the counter. Other than that it was a pretty typical Radio shack experience.
One staff member had red eyes and seemed a little under the influence. Lack of things to buy unless you want a phone charger.
