I stopped in looking for a part to fix my son's car. They had it in stock and the price was only $10.00. I also noticed a good selection of quality plastic models and many premium Lego sets that were marked at Lego store prices not marked up. I love the changes they have made to the store!
Great place! I've bought a few Traxxas cars like the UDR and the TRX4 also the Timber Evolution and the Blade 150 as well as many parts from these guys. Lots to offer and very helpful
Very nice shop, clean and a friendly employee. Had what we needed and found something that will make our lives easier charging our Traxxas. Definitely worth a stop to check out.
Really great help and information on fixing traxxas rc. Amazing customer service. Some parts not in stock but ordered and in within a week.
My older,cheap phone wasn't working properly! And the the young man working the counter fixed it in 2 minutes..AMAZING !!!! Made my day! Saved me the hassle of having to get a new phoneJohn the owner should keep him I wish I would have got his name!
I've always enjoyed the customer service, and they have some REALLY cool classes you can go to. Very cool entrepreneurial ideas coming out of this shop! Amazon is great if you're okay waiting a few days, but if you need something fast, RadioShack regularly has what I need. Prices may be a few bucks more, but you get the item right away, no waiting for shipping or worrying about your item being stolen off your porch, you can hold the item in your hands before you buy it, so less surprises, and you can support local business.
Rude and unhelpful. I might not have communicated well enough all I was looking for, but was met with rudeness I don't think I have ever met by a store clerk. I was looking for an universal power adapted.. I was told they didn't have any. I looked around and noticed that there were parts for electronic toys. I asked if they had any thing like that. I needed a cable for my computer/ camera. He said no, I asked if this was an electronic store, anything like power sources. I was just trying to find the electronic section. He said, if I did, I would have told you. He also mentioned he was out and hadn't ordered any. I asked if he had any suggestions and he sent me to Walmart. I was really struck by the rudeness. I needed direction to the electronics section. I just left.
Our wireless headphone system for the TV finally wore out. We went back to this radio shack and got great service. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. It was so good, I asked for help connecting my Bose TV speaker and the headphones. He knew exactly what we needed. It hooked up correctly and we're back on track. Thank you!
They have always had great service, answered all my questions, and do offer services to fix broken RC's. Highly recommend!
Came in Tuesday evening and received awesome customer service. The gentleman was very helpful, patient and kind.
