Rafael is a God send. I had a horrible bend in my heels to the point where I was just going to throw them away. I was turned away by other shoe repair shops but he was able to fix my show the same day!!! He truly is amazing!

I was sold on Rafael’s Shoe Repair after reading his customer reviews, but when I visited the shop this morning I was truly impressed! Rafael does business the way you WISH everyone did business. I explained my problems and he offered multiple solutions. He could have easily sold me on a lot more expensive repairs but his honesty and integrity wouldn’t let him. I will wholeheartedly recommend this gentleman to everyone I meet!

Worth every penny for the craftsmanship. Rafael is worth every penny he charges for shoe repairs. He cut 8 keys for me. All 8 keys work 8 for 8 this never happens at the big stores when I get keys cut, never. Glued a sandal for me and it’s as good as new. Good guy too
