I would highly recommend Kerry Rafanelli as an attorney.  During my case,  Kerry served as a divorce mediator and I found him to be extremely personable, smart and fair.  I had met with another mediator and felt that their advice and perspective was not as strong as Kerry’s.  He was able to complete my divorce in a very thorough and efficient manner.  We were coming up to the one year mark and Kerry worked tirelessly with us over many late nights to help get this done quickly.   Lastly, as a guardian he was able to provide me with a unique perspective when it came to matters regarding my children.  The most important thing you will get with Kerry is someone who has lots of experience with the RI legal system and can give you valuable insight when it comes to your case.

Over the years Kerry has represented me in legal matters. His professionalism, dedication and compassion was greatly appreciated during some difficult situations. Throughout my divorce proceedings Kerry was instrumental in my receiving the child support for which I was entitled. In fact, if it were not for Kerry and his tireless efforts, including forcing my former spouse to verify his income, and finally convincing him that garnishing his wages was the right thing to do, results could have been very different. I have recommended him to many of my family, friends, and colleagues in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

Kerry represented me during my divorce case, and I'm quite happy with his services.  He listened to my concerns and issues in a friendly and professional manner, and did a great job of helping me understand what the realistic outcomes might be in all aspects of the case, as it unfolded. I can only say positive things about Kerry. When I met him 4 years ago to handle my divorce it was a very difficult time for me. After speaking with Kerry for 10 minutes he put my mind at ease and I knew he would help me get threw my divorce with the best possible outcome.
