As a certified insurance agent with Covered California we make it easier to figure out different health insurance plans and what they cover. A navigator or certified counselor CAN NOT make any recommendations because they are not licensed by the State of California. We can help you compare a number of plans at the same time or find out if you qualify for Medi-Cal. You can make apples-to-apples comparisons between the different plans. The choice is yours.

You may be eligible for special enrollment
Open enrollment ended on March 31st but if you experience a qualifying life event, such as a marriage, birth of a child, or loss of employer-sponsored health coverage, you may sign up for coverage within 60 days of the event in a special enrollment. Other special enrollment event may include misrepresentation by a navigator or certified counselor whereby you were not explained fully about the process and therefore you did not obtain health coverage.
