A wonderful Southwest City in New Mexico. Belen which means Bethlehem, which is a very religious town. Also known for our "Lady of Belen Catholic Church".
It is great until there is a breakdown and you find yourself stranded in Los Lunas when you need to be in Santa Fe. You need a backup plan on both ends. Disappointed in on-board bike storage. Basically all bikes are piled against each other. Impossible if you were first on and need to get off.
The only commuter train station along the busiest railway line in New Mexico.
Ride the train daily. Relaxed ready to start my day when I arrive in Albuquerque for work.
Great ride. Had a marvelous day with visitors.
Train is easy travel if you don't want to drive
I love hopping on the rail runner. My kiddos love it.
Train is a easy and cheap service.
Very clean and even in the rush hour there is a parking space.
