I have been going yo the this office for awhile. I can tell you it isnt the best. Mg child is 3 years old and they just now focus on her mot speaking because i asked them to refer me to a neurology. Not to forget the manager of the office is a guy and very rude and racist. The front desk people sometimes can be nice but as for the manager he is rude and racist. He need to have some manner. He is very impatient. Always trynna belittle you. Next time i will give him a piece of my mind. He need to be put on a different position not to be the manager. Rachel is a sweetheart. It was Rachel only being in the office, this offcie will have 5 stars.

This doctors office was not my first choice in practices after having my newborn in December. My fiancé went here as a kid and had a good experience and wanted his daughter to be seen by them. The first couple doctors appointments were well. When I had to make two emergency call ins and was seen that day which was greatly appreciated being a new mom. My last and final visit to that doctors office left a nasty taste in my mouth for that practice. I decided to push my daughters 4 month vaccines off because I wasn’t sure I wanted her to receive ALL OF THEM or all at one time. My daughter had a bad reaction the first round she received so I wanted to be cautious and do some more research which anyone should understand. Immediately after I expressed that the nurse changed her whole demeanor and stated I would be discharged from their office if she didn’t receive all her vaccines “TODAY” and that this is a “pro vaccine office” which if I knew that I would of never had her seen there to begin with. This is not stated anywhere. After the female doctor came in and started to tell me how my child would die because I decided not to get her the vaccines. NOBODY wants to have anyone say that to them especially a “professional” doctor who is supposed to be caring. I informed the doctors that I wasn’t not trying to have her vaccinated but I wanted to wait until I was comfortable and not give her all of them. I shouldn’t have to defend my decision anyways, I AM THE PARENT But because she was not going to receive all of them I was discharged from this practice. Also after the conversation the doctor proceeded to examine my 4 month old roughly making her scream as she checked her gums which has NEVER happened to her any other visit with this specific doctor she is usually very gentle and speaking with me and my daughter. Overall, as long as you don’t ask questions and go along with everything they say you’ll have a wonderful experience. If you choose to make your own decisions as the parent you will be discharged and treated terribly, not just you, your CHILD to. I have reported said doctor to the board of pediatrics for her behavior. Discharging me from the facility is one thing but treating my daughter, a baby, or any child in that manner is DISGUSTING and unprofessional. All because we don’t have the same views. I wish I could rate this place less than one star.

This Dr, who did not introduce herself, was very tired  and sleepy to listen and do a good exam, not a good place if you want a good care for your child,  great front desk and MAs, not going back.

worst policy ever!!!!. I was unable to make the appointment that I schedule and the receptionist said the doctor will not see my child because he had a no show!! this is unprofessional and illegal

Starting from the front desk: the frond desk workers are really nice. We've been with them for 4 years and everytime my daughter sick and i call in they always give us appointment the same day. The doctors and nurses: Nurses are kind and cool. Doctors are really great. They take their time to sit and listen to every concerns or questions I have. They always check for strep throat and flu. They shows they care so much for their patients. The waiting time is really fast. I really love them so much and I am happy that I found the best pediatric for my daughter. I am so thankful for them... 5 thumps up to them. They deserve great review for their best job...

I love this pediatric office. I've been taking my son there since he was 2 months old almost 9 years now. He has required specialized care and they've always done a great job of coordinating that. I've never had a problem with any of the doctors or staff. They are all very, very busy, but pleasant and efficient. Haven't had any problems getting an appointment or the care we need. Busy office, but don't have to wait very long. Not sure why there are negative reviews.

To all parents , please don’t bring your child to this unprofessional pediatric am sure there are more pediatrics that are better and profesional. I came here with my cousin because he wasn’t eating well and having high fevers at night so in the morning I decided to go and the front desk was so rude specially one of the lady’s she was so RUDE and didn’t care about what I had to say . All the nurses were doing nothing then one of the doctors told me she will not see my kid . This is just sad ! HORRIBLE PLACE .

Wonderful doctors and staff. We have been taking our granddaughter there who has special needs and the entire staff is very loving and caring. Barry the NP is wonderful and very knowledgeable, he has been seeing her since she was 7...she's 13 now. Never missed a diagnosis very on point. Rachel coordinates her appointments with specialists, therapists etc. She's very informative and extremely helpful. Love this practice! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good pediatrician. Incredibly displeased with the practice. I’m in the medical field working as a nurse. I take my child’s health as serious as any other caring parent. At my last appointment, the nurse was checking SpO2 blood oxygen level on my sick 3 month old. I watched the equipment not register a reading yet the nurse proceeded to make up a normal reading to tell me. I had to request to see an office manager, Bob, to have the SpO2 and pulse retaken appropriately. The female doctor looked at my 22 month old son, told me he had an ear infection and put him on antibiotics. According to multiple articles from the American Academy of Pediatrics discussing ear infections and antibiotic use this is not recommended for kids as a first treatment option. Kids fight most infections both bacterial and viral on its own. My 3 month old suffered bad stomach issues after she put him on antibiotics without any supported explanation and my 22 month old developed hives from the medication. I feel this was done to show that “something” was done. I would have preferred an explanation and reassurance over antibiotic overuse. When I voiced my concerns and questions to the female doctor she rudely answered to me that I have no training and she’s been doing it for 25years. Maybe she’ll have better bedside manner at 30 years. I feel sorry for the nursing community after hearing how low she regards nursing training. Rude doctor+lying nurses=railroad pediatrics. Railroad pediatrics wants patients whose parents do not question the healthcare decisions being made for their children and who do not ask for explanations because for the most times they don’t know the right answer. If you care about your kid, please don’t go here. Bad, bad, bad place.

Extremely unprofessional Doctor and staff!!!!  Called regarding an emergency. They scheduled an “emergency” appointment for 3 hrs later, bc apparently a one yr old crying, in pain and bleeding shouldn’t not be seen asap. I took him to the ER like 30 mins after scheduling the appointment, bc the bleeding didn’t stop, so I called them to cancel it and they said that it will count as me not showing up to the appointment bc I didn’t cancel 24 hrs prior to the appointment, then they said they would have seen my soon immediately but that my husband requested the emergency appointment for a kid that don’t stop bleeding to be in 3 hrs!  Despite that experience we went again to this place, we had an appointment for 11am, it was 1:55pm and we were still waiting to be seen!!!! I said I was gonna get something to eat for my son and come back and they said not to bc it would count, once again, as me not canceling within 24 hrs… apparently I was expected to let a newborn and a 1 yr old be beyond hungry get stomach aches and be miserably crying, all to accommodate the needs of an unprofessional doctor, who’s office had been empty since we showed up, so is not that he was busy or overbooked.  And to continue with their lack of professionalism and medical experience, the office manager that runs this place is a former fast food manager with absolutely ZEROOO MEDICAL EXPERIENCE fyi this is not me assuming, this is his actual work experience… or lack of I should say, zero class, zero manners and extremely rude!!!!  They definitely don’t care about kids, they only care about their paychecks… so do your kids, their safety, and their well being a favor and stay farrr away from this place, their employees and their doctors!
