Going to rainbow today while shopping I lost my bag. I asked a worker there if she seen a crocheted bag which she said Yes that its in the front. When I went to the front to ask for the bag and big and wide black lady gave me an attitude and was snobby towards me she asked me for my name and I told her the worker told me the bag was in the front. To which she screamed by my ear the workers name asking about the bag. When the worker finally confirmed that the bag was mine she held the bag towards me pinching it between her pointer finger and thumb and held it like if was garbage. Throughout the entire interaction she was rude and disrespectful. This isn’t the first time this worker was rude and disrespectful and from the other reviews I read i’m not only one she’s been rude and snobby towards.She uses her position in the store to be rude, disrespectful. And neglectful towards customers while giving an attitude.
Only because I couldn’t give 0 stars THE MANAGER IS RUDE! The staff is so nice but there is a manager there that is big and has an attitude problem! I hope corporate responds to not only emails but my phone calls. That lady does not deserve a job… I understand why the other comments say poor customer service .. there needs to be a customer service training! That manager does not know boundaries in business and professionalism and should LOSE HER JOB!
Their very unpleasant people in there, a very grim and sad work environment. You'll feel stupid trying to be nice to people in there . The Indian manager wasn't nice, neither was the big black chick that was at the register. I was there just now at 11 am Thursday 2022. I said Good morning and how are you to her, only to get a look and a shrug.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at the Bloomfield NJ location as well as online. Today to my shocking experience I could NOT make a clearance return even if the item did not fit. Lastly the computer automatically gives store credit if items are returned after 7 days. Waited for the store manager for 45 minutes she never showed nor did she make the attempt to call me after I left the item there. Hopefully no one else goes through this embarrassing yet humiliating experience. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
To give them a 0 was not an option so I gave one star so I could write this for you. The store manager needs customer service training.she has no people skills whatsoever. I have never experienced anyone Who is so unhappy with their job and what seems to be their station in life.
All ways can find what you need at a great price.
The so called “manager” in this store is terrible. My daughter bought a pair of $27 jeans. The first time she put them on the zipper broke. She tried to exchange them and the manager refused to take them saying that when she sold the jeans to her the zipper was intact. I say, if a zipper breaks the first time you use it it’s defective. She knew I was right, but she was busy being power-hungry. Horrible customer service
Today I witnessed the manager be so rude to a female customer with her kids! I will NOT be coming back thats not how ppl want to be treated while to send money
Difficult to navigate due to the clothing racks being so tightly placed. There's no access to the dressing room. Sales associates at this location are not ready to assist. And there's always a long line with little regard for getting the customers out for seamless sales transactions.
Love it.They have New clothes and look so pretty. The color also they have a good discount on the store last week I dont know if still on Sat Mar13, 2022. They bring the colores of the shirt I been waiting for. I feel so happy .
