I always have a great experience here. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. And they always have great sales and cute clothes.
Giving four stars because it is so CRAMPED in there. You can definitely get fly on a budget but make sure you don't carry a purse because it will get caught on the excess racks in there. The manager was very funny but he gives me no nonsense vibes, but still very nice.
The store manager Tony Thomas is very rude and condescending! His entire demeanor comes off as curt and unapproachable. I’ve been online shopping with Rainbow for years-if I have to return an item the amount has ALWAYS been applied back to the card I used online within the 30 days policy-but because I lost the white invoice slip he decided to apply the return as a store credit! I contacted corporate immediately-they called him & explained the way he handled that process was incorrect. Because of his bad attitude and demeanor I decided not to go back in the store so he could make the correction. A customer should not feel this way at all! He needs to attend customer service training again!
This is the worse company I have ever worked for! The store manager Tony Thomas is the most rude and disrespectful person! The DM Shon allows him to talk to people any kind of way! I quit this company tonight and I feel the stress off my shoulders! The customers are always complaining about him. There is better pay, respect and love at any other company but there.
Staff aren't that friendly, they usually just stand behind the counter. You have to approach them, they never offer to assist freely. I go to grab the items I need, I never expect Good customer service from them. However, they usually have a nice selection of merchandise. The store is always very clean.
It's convenient for me but they don't have undergarments Penny and bras
Their clothes are cute but apparently when they get stock in only 1-2 XL comes in. Everybody is not S & M
Clean and well organized! Sales people very polite
Cashier had great excellent customer service. Went above and beyond assisting me
