Dated but FUN! I wanted to add to this review, having been back to the rink.. the sweet lady who runs the establishment is a widow, her and her husband started it in the 50's! People from the area have been going here for generations, but it is not very popular anymore, she keeps the roller skating rink going by booking parties mostly. Her story touched my heart...if you live in the area maybe you can book a party here too, very affordable Fun for All ages!!!
My fiancee and I stopped by there to see if it was still open because its a bit dated. We walked in and were greated by the sweet owner Barbera who allowed us to come in and look. It is extrememely nostalgic. Everything the same as when it opened in the 60s Id guess. So much character in the place. Even an old school foosball table : we plan on going there next week to skate. Nice to see a place untouched by modern technology and vanity.
This is the 2nd time we've been to the Elkton area for a little mini-vacation and both times we have visited this roller rink. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here!! The owner is super friendly, it's not over crowded where our first time skaters had so much fun going out there and learning and falling and just having a great time. We recommend going here if you're ever traveling through Elkton on a Friday or Saturday night. You'll be glad you did!! I hope we get back here soon and can visit again and it truly was the highlight of the kids weekend!
The place is dated, but offers a lot for the price. Great place for a birthday party or a fun night out doing the simple things in life.
A great place to get out and skate! We have been going there for more then 48 years. And they have the same owner and operator!
This was small, but my kids and I loved it!! Wasn't over crowded and owner was super nice!! Reasonably priced!
My daughter had a wonderful time, price is unbelievably affordable. Nice facility.
It was very dangerous if u wanted to go fast the floor is cement but it was very fun
Barbara has been there for 50 years place is still old school and kid friendly
It is fun once y our get the hang of things
