Love this place! Wish they still had the one in WA! I was so glad to experience it again for the first time in years! Atmosphere was amazing, staff was amazing and food was excellent! My boys would love this, I may have to bring them here just so they can experience this amazing place! My wife scarfed down her burger which is a rare event, that says alot about the quality! Perfectly cooked, super cheesy and portion size was perfect! Thank you staff
I love the atmosphere as it’s very unique and entertaining to be in! I think the service was good, the servers were great to have, and even without a reservation we managed to have a good experience. I ordered the python pasta chicken Alfredo and a strawberry lemonade and i was a little disappointed by the food. The lemonade tasted very watered down, the pasta’s chicken was pretty dry and hard to chew with how dry it was, and the bread with the pasta was too hard for me to bite from. I did like that we got to keep the glasses as souvenirs and my fries were better than the pasta so at least I got to enjoy something. I recommend the place for family visits for sure, it’s cute watching the children enjoy the venue and how cool the animals looked in there.
Had a lot of fun! This is a very creative place and the staff were lovely. Especially Lisa! We ordered a cheesy flat bread, Mac n cheese, a raspberry glazed salmon, and loaded nachos! They were all divine.
We always visit because my daughter loves coming here. This visit was disappointing. We did not get our picture taken no one ever asked tbey walked by multiple times, we tried to get the attention of the ballon lady she was just leaning against the wall and she never acknowledged us. The food was ok the burger tasted like sausage meat and was not cooked properly, my fries were soggy, we told the waiter and he did nothing. It was not a good visit this time all other times we have had wonderful experience.
Fantastic environment and what an experience! The food is also reasonably priced, especially the kids meal! Free keychain and mugs are a plus, loved the thunder and lightning effect and the occasional elephant roars!
As a Torontonian visiting, being able to experience the Rain Forest Cafe after so many years was such an great experience! Our waiter Ronnie was fantastic - she was attentive, patient and efficient. Overall the food, service and ambiance was lovely. Such a treat.Food: 5/5
Had such an excellent experience. Lisa was a gem! Loved her service. Made me feel special and very welcome. My whole family was blessed by her and she deserves all the recognition.Food: 5/5
Went to the Rainforest Cafe expecting family vibes and unimpressive food based on reviews I read but was very pleasantly surprised. The food, the service, the atmosphere completely blew me away and exceeded all expectations. Reserve a spot at this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Title: An Unforgettable Adventure at Rainforest Café, Las Vegas Last week, my companions and I ventured into the Rainforest Café. Far from being a mere eatery, the place is a celebration of life, an enthralling plexus of biodiversity inspired by the lush tropical rainforest theme, located in the heart of Las Vegas. From the moment we stepped into the Rainforest Café, we were launched into a realm where the concrete jungle and tropical rainforest converge. The lush animatronics, captivating wildlife sound effects, tropical fish tanks and starry indoor sky transport you to an Amazonian paradise right in the heart of the desert city— a testament to the restaurant’s outstanding conceptual execution. The friendly and energetic staff, sporting explorer-inspired uniforms, orchestrated our adventure seamlessly. Motivated by customer satisfaction, they were as knowledgeable about the theme and décor as they were about the menu, enhancing the authenticity of the experience. The menu at Rainforest Café is diverse, broad, and delicious. A cornucopia of cuisines is offered to cater to different palates, from fresh and hearty salads to juicy steaks, seafood, and an impressive selection of vegetarian dishes. My personal highlight was the Amazon Fajitas— a delightful marvel of perfectly grilled chicken served with warm flour tortillas. Their cocktails, inspired perhaps by the tropical surroundings, were tinctures of refreshing exuberance, particularly the Green Python! Rainforest Café also has a fabulous kid's menu, adorned with fun dinners and, of course, the decadent Volcano for dessert—a chocolate brownie cake erupting with ice cream and fudge, flamboyantly served with sparklers. Watching a parade of these streaming out of the kitchen is a spectacle you wouldn't want to miss. On the way out, the gift shop has a novel selection of merchandise to remind you of the magical journey you just had—an in-house curated jungle of collectibles, clothing and games. Rainforest Café in Las Vegas serves as more than just a restaurant, it's an experience—an oasis amidst the bustling city. The phenomenal interplay of scrumptious food, themed ambience, and top-notch service, coupled with a hint of education about our valuable rainforests, make it a must-visit for families and explorers of all ages. The memories formed here are ones to take home and savor. Highly recommended for an adventurous meal in Las Vegas.
Arrived a few minutes early and the door was open so our group walked in. We were told in an unfriendly manner that the restaurant wasn’t open yet and we needed to wait. Basically, get out. At 11 am the hostess began to open the glass sliding doors from the opposite end and she told the crowd on that end that reservations were required and we never heard that. When she walked back to the front where our group was standing she did not say a word. Once the restaurant opened, she asked who was in line first even though she saw that we were there first so obviously she was annoyed by us walking in early. When we got to the hostess stand, she asked about our reservation. We explained that we didn’t have one so she said we needed to wait 25 minutes. This young lady was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. She has no business as the face of the Las Vegas Rainforest Cafe. Food was mediocre, service was great in the beginning and then we were left unattended until it was time to leave. 4/10 recommend.
