This is my 1st time coming to raintree car wash Antonio & Isabel both did an outstanding job with my vehicle everything that I asked was done to my liking and standards their customer service is excellent and my vehicle looks fresh and extra clean! I definitely will come back and do business. By the way, the 40$ package is what you need they also have shampoo and seat cleaning too!Services: Vacuuming
I usually get the regular Raintree Special, which includes a car wash in the tunnel, vacuuming, and interior cleaning the quality of this is better than some details I have had. I don't know of any other place where you can get your car basically detailed for less than $40 in about 30 to 45 minutes. It's easy to be critical of anything when you are not familiar with a service including the price and time required. Raintree's value is unsurpassed.Services: Vacuuming
They did a good job with my car, it looks brand new. I got the complete package and added on the floor mats for $3 each. It was done in a reasonable amount of time too. I just came from the beach and had an insane amount of sand in the car, which they were able to remove completely. Yay!
Works are nice but I paid for the exterior luxury with tire shine etc and the inside of my car wasn’t vacuumed our wiped down the dash bored wasn’t wiped down definitely won’t come here again I’m better off spending $10 at surf n turf and vacuum and wipe down my car my self. 11/26/22
They used to do a great job. But the last few times I’ve went here my car is still dirty on the gas in in the center consul in cupholders. I told them they said they don’t do cupholders any longer take you a quick wipe down and that’s it will not be going back. They said if I want my cupholders white I have to pay an extra hundred dollars for a detail
Truck washed but left in sun for 15 minutes so water spots all over. Bugs were left all over the front grille and bumper, rims were not cleaned. They also taped the tag on my leather steering wheel, left it after they were done, and now have a damaged area in the leather. All that while I waited for over a half hour. A waste of $32. Paid for most expensive wash they did not vacuum nor was my car clean after the wash. I waited 30 min plus to get my car I had to go to work was told I could come back and they would make sure to rewash and vacuum. Came to get it rewashed had pictures and receipt and only thing manager would do is vacuum. I won’t to business with the place again. Poor customer service on top of poor services!!
They are professional and great customer service. They do a very good job, and detailing is awesome.
Been using Surf-Thru for a while now and my car was getting pretty shabby looking for all the little things that I don't do myself! I do vacuum and I tried washing the inside of windows with Surf-Thru glass cleaning wipes DISASTER which caused an even worse film and water spots on inside of glass! Took it to Raintree yesterday and everything SPARKLES! I can see out my windows!!! The thing that really made me want to give a review was how nicely they CLEANED my console! I just can't get over it! Looks like new!Services: Vacuuming
