This is my first time using this facility for my mammogram, and I must say I was pleasantly impressed. From the front desk staff to the technician everyone was very friendly, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really enjoyed speaking with the radiologist. She was extremely friendly, genuine, caring, and kind, I will definitely use this facility in the future and recommend any family and friends who are looking for a good place to have radiology done.
I had both a Bone Scan and a Mammogram done the same day, and they were both done in under an hour. I was very impressed and everyone was so courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office for any radiology work that you need done. Plus the office was very nice and clean. Totally worth it!
The entire staff is just great!! The lady that did my Ultrasound couldn't have been nicer. She did a wonderful job and was just a joy to be with. She did a great job!
Very prompt clean facilities with extremely attentive technicians. The nice girl I got was just a absolute professional and sweetheart. She listened and explained everything even though it was simple ultra sound. Very impressed.
It was fine until I found out they had farmed out their record keeping to a firm that wants me to pay $50 a year for the rest of my life to be able to see my medical records. I call the office and they told me that they won't send anything to anyone anymore. She said I have to call Pocket health and they would give me a number. So I called pocket health, was put on hold. After 10 minutes a message comes on and says leave your name and number. They finally called me back and I told him I'm not going to pay $50 and the lady said I'll give you a code to put in. So I put the code in. That's all I've done so far. This is really a pain in the butt. I believe it is unethical to try and charge patients $50 a year for the rest of their life. Therefore I will not be coming back to Raleigh radiology nor would I recommend Raleigh radiology to any of my friends or coworkers.
The staff members were friendly, helpful and professional. They made me feel comfortable and less anxious.
Your nurse was professional and caring. She was also personable and happy. Your company needs more like her.

The nurse taking cake of me with my mammogram sorry, I can't recall her name is so good at relaxing you and making the procedure go quickly. She is professional, but caring. She is definitely an asset to your team.
An excellent experience. The registration process was quick and the X-ray tech was courteous and efficient and has me taken care of in short order. Excellent service!
