This place in Oroville off my Myers has been making more made to order suishi! Yum! Large deli and hot items. Great selection of beer and wine with wallet friendly prices!
Great deli food. I love the member specials to. Just sign up and login online and get super savings.
There is a ton of parking and its a well stocked store. I went around 5pm on a weekday, the peak of grocery store after work shoppers..the lines moved quickly however they ran out of carts! Worse yet I didn't see anyone on the lot trying to wrangle carts back to the store. I was also dissapointed by the deli dept. They were understaffed and the ones there were too busy to work. Busy with what? Who knows. It was so.ridiculous that I left. And I know I wasn't the only one. Otherwise they get a 3 star rating. They are nowhere near as nice as the Sacramento Raleys/ Bel Air. But for Oroville I'll guess they will do.
Very nice store. Nice selection of items in the Asian section. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are 2 of my favorite products. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
I was standing in the self checkout line for a while patiently waiting on the customer in front of me to finish, when a lady just went up to a register that the green light was not on and I asked her if the scanner worked and she said yes that she let me use it but I said it was ok and went to use a different scanner that did not have the working green light on. It would have been nice for the clerk watching the self checkout lane to have let me know the other registers were open instead of just watching me wait. Must be cause I was not white Raleys you really need to train your crew in how to serve the customers. If they don’t like their job then it ain’t the right job for you Customers should be at 100% Always!
a while ago, i noticed some of the lights began strobing the bulbs were dying. i can't legally drive because i have epilepsy, so the only grocery store i could access was now a place i couldn't enter. i could only rely on my partner to get groceries for us, which isn't realistic. i called corporate to ask them to repair it. the next day, they sent someone to take a look at it. they said they wouldn't be able to fix it without the repairman, who usually only visits the store once or twice a year. Mayo, one of the staff members, heard about my situation. he went out of his way to try to change the bulbs himself, but they were LEDs that he couldn't replace. instead of giving up, he turned off the flashing lights. they've remained off since and will remain off until they're fixed. thank you, Mayo. i really can't thank you enough. being disabled, im unable to access a lot of places and face discrimination. i often feel dehumanized. your gesture though it may seem small to you makes me feel seen, heard, and human.
Food is a bit more expensive but not super bad. They have really good sushi.
Our favorite family snack is the organic cotton candy grapes
The florists here at the Oroville Raley's are amazing. I asked for a beautiful colorful bouquet and they outdid themselves. Beautiful quality & smells divine. Their customer service was amazing and the price was the best in the area. I will no doubt be using them again in the future. Very happy customer :
Had everything I needed and was looking for. Friendly staff. Prices were a little high.
