This place is awesome My family and I are from Florida and we don't come to Stl that often. One lady helped me and my family a few days ago. I think her name was Tonya I believe, My kids loved her. She was very helpful extremely a delight. She laughed with me and my family and actually convinced me to buy 1 extra jersey on top of the 3 I was already purchasing lol she is definitely a great employee. We will hope one day in the future that she can help us again
Most items were kinda pricey, but they have great staff. They were very friendly & helpful. There is a wide selection of stuff to choose from. I saw gear for Cardinals, Blues, Mizzou, SLU, & others.
Pricy, for sure, worth it. I ran in here to purchase a thin cardinals jacket. Thanks to the weather doing a 180 in temperature that day. The staff was nice. My only niche was this location did not have a lot of women's cardinals wear
Went here looking for a specific item and Izze went above and beyond to make sure that we left with what we were looking for. Thanks Izze for being customer service orientated and knowledgeable of products, it's gratefully appreciated.
Absolutely great shopping experience for Cardinals and Blues merchandise. after a couple of minutes of shopping on my own I was greeted by Alicia and she positively hit a homerun on finding the things I was shopping for.. She helped me gather everything up and Alex helped at the register. The prices I found were just a bit cheaper than other team logo apparel location like the mall and internet. They had a huge selection and nothing had to be ordered or mailed to me. Appreciate the help and the experience. I will go back when in STL, Highly RECOMMEND!!
if you're looking to limit your selection to everything under the sun then this is the place to go! every sport is represented including generic St Louis themed merchandise as well. There are are items ranging from shirts and hats to pajamas, socks, sandals, decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and I was actually surprised that it was not more crowded than it was. There are some bargain racks but mostly everything is at retail price and name brand merchandise. You get what you pay for, as they say, so if you want St Louis and Missouri oriented sports gear, this is definitely a must stop.
I traveled to 3 Rally locations to pick up an online order on Sunday. I then had to return to this location to exchange an item. The woman customer service representative was racist. She acted as if the jersey that I just picked up from West County mall, could not be returned. Even after she called a store manager and he co-worker tried to help her with the online return, she undermined them, made me and my kids stand there for over 10 minutes as she kept asking "Are you sure you want to return this with no tags?" Although, they were looking at my online order, receipt and pick up on the computer. She still did not want to exchange my item. I was so frustrated I stormed out the store yelling, which I have NEVER in my 34 years of living in Chicago, LA and STL had to do at an establishment. You all should retrain her to do better. I am very disappointed.
I was able to find a lot of great Missouri and St. Louis things here. However, they were in the process of moving everything to the new location on the other side of the interstate. It appeared that’s where all of the Mizzou gear was because there was NONE here, despite the Tiger being on the front. The staff was VERY nice and friendly.

Loved my shopping experience as I was buying for me lots of Cards options and next generations Cards fans- got matching retro jerseys for adult daughter and our grands, ages 5&3. Made for happy pictures Clerk was awesome help as she looked at pictures of them and got sizes right.
