If "Ralph Lauren" is the essence of American style, then, Marcel Rolling, is the living embodiment of the brand throughout the Washington, D.C. area and its suburbs. Marcel is the senior men's sales representative for the "Ralph Lauren" company in its McLean, Virginia location. He is, also, quite simply put, the best and most knowledgeable men's fashion professional with whom I have ever dealt. I have purchased apparel and clothing from Marcel and his team for over ten years. As in any relationship wife, physician, accountant..., it is trust that counts. In Marcel's case, that trust has been established, over time, through a combination of competence and communication. While Marcel's particular expertise is with Purple Label and made-to-measure, it is his ability to relate to each individual client/customer and provide appropriate advice that rings loudest. I look and feel good in the "Ralph Lauren" brand but it is Marcel who has guided my choices. His professional advice and expertise are the significant discriminators that have caused me to gravitate to the brand. It is my hope that his value will be recognized by senior management and that he be allowed to teach and train future "Ralph Lauren" sales professionals. If there is a way to share his special skills, it will benefit the "Ralph Lauren" company and its many current and prospective clients.
5 stars for the store, but 1 star for the coffee shop. I frequent the NYC locations quite often and the coffee, food, service are top notch. The Tysons location is simply awful. I ordered the brownie which was stale and physically hard to eat. The cookie was stale and no salt in the middle like the NYC locations. I mentioned this to the cashier and all I got was I'm sorry. No refund, replacement, nothing. I don't think I will visit this location at all! I hope Ralph Lauren corporate sees this review and modifies the food and customer service. The clothing store is great and provides wonderful service. Stay away from this coffee shop!
Ordered an extra hot cappuccino. Unfortunately I got a cold cappuccino. Totally nasty. I put that cappuccino in the nearest trash bin. They do not know how to make drinks. This place is a joke. RIP Starbucks!
Great store, great staff, and where is Rafael? He’s my favorite staff member, but haven’t seen him for a while. Cafe’s dirty chai is awesome! Never had a better one anywhere in all of the places I’ve lived abroad. Keep up the good work!
Nice boutique store that seems to always have what I am looking for. They have a good selection of Purple Label menswear. The staff are nice for the most part. The gentleman with a British accent is really nice and goes out of his way to help me.
I always, always get excellent service at this Ralph Lauren Boutique. The Gentlemen and Ladies that work there are just that! They go above & beyond every single time. The First-Rate QUALITY of their beautiful merchandise, both the first-rate materials and the excellent workmanship please me immensely! I also firmly believe that these very fine, well designed, stylish items are worth every single cent! I Love Ralph Lauren Clothing, Shoes, Accessories & Stunning, Lovely Homewares and have enjoyed them for decades both for myself and my dear ones!
Walked in to get a custom suit and Rafael was incredibly helpful and I was out within 30 minutes. The master tailor was extremely efficient and made sure I would not only have a really sharp, tailored look but also a comfortable suit I can move around in. While brand names are pricey, I imagine this suit is going to be worth every penny. Quality experience through and through!
Judy was awesome and helped me every step of the way. Very pleasant to work with and very patient! Definitely recommend stopping by. You will not be disappointed!
There should be enough space for tables away from the door and the crowds of queues and people standing.
Horrible customer service! When I called 15 mins before close to ask where in the mall they were located the aggressively told me to hurry up. I noticed I was a few steps away and saw them quickly closing the doors with 15 mins still left until they close. The entire time I was in the store I felt rushed and disrespected. I have a huge collection of RL but it was my first time visiting this location and it will definitely be my last. I recommend you stay away from this store and buy elsewhere. I own 3 retail stores inside malls and I wish I recorded my interaction with these terrible associates so I can show my people what NOT to do. It’s really not hard to be polite. I ended up getting a gift card and leaving. I could probably write an entire book about how they were being rude and rushing me but I think you guys get the picture..stay away from this RL store!
