Ralph’s Italian Ices And Ice Cream

Amazing ice cream and the girls are awesome but place looks filthy. Bees everywhere, kids got bit. I got bit. Poor workers having to slap the bees all day. Poor work conditions. Please power spray the floor and keep property clean

Pros: The 'Water Ice' is quite delicious! I only buy the fruit ices. The cherry, peach, strawberry and mango flavors are incredibly flavorful and sweetened just right; including real fruit bits and juice inside. Cons: 1. They're not diligent in keeping the tables clean. 2. A bit pricey You got to try them at least once! I came here with friends on Dec 3rd. In my entire life I’ve never had worse food poisoning this bad. All of my friends and I have been Throwing up for the past 24 hours. Never again will we come back. Please clean your machines and check expiration dates. We’re in so much pain.

coming here ruined my whole night . i came here and asked for an Italian ice and a banana smoothie . i got the ice and was still waiting for my smoothie . i proceeded to pay and the girl and it came up about $18 . i thought it was odd that it was that much but didn’t question it. before i handed her my money i repeated again that i have a banana smoothie . i thought everything was fine until they came back with a banana split sundae . i said i asked for a banana smoothie and the girl looked so upset at me . i walked away and she asked me if i still wanted the smoothie and i said yes . then she asked me if i still wanted the banana sundae so i took it since i paid for it . the sundae started dripping all over the place as soon as she handed it to me . i waited for the smoothie and i was under the impression it was free but i guess that was my fault for assuming . i would have never took the sundae if i knew i had to also pay for the smoothie . overall just a bad experience for me .

I love this place but I noticed it slipping a bit. I routinely get the peanut butter crunch and its served to me different everytime. Tonight there was no fudge and very little peanut butter and even less crunch. Last week there was no fudge or fudge.

Went here on a Sunday and the place was a mess. The garbage was swarmed by bees and the floor was sticky and ridden with bees as well. Felt bad for the worker behind the counter, bees weren’t only outside but also inside where he was working. On top of the safety issues, the actual ice tasted like a bunch of different flavors. I do t think the scooper was properly cleaned.

Great Ice Cream an Tropical Smoothie for my friend, I'm a native born Staten Islander and it brought back memories of my visits to the Elm Park location on Richmond Ave.

Located across the street from Kohl's on Central Avenue, I'm so glad that this location finally opened. Up until now I had to go all the way to North White Plains to get the best soft serve and Italian ices around. Most of the people that work here are High school-aged, friendly and perky. Ralph's has the largest selection of Italian water ice that I ever did see. They also have cream ice and soft serve ice cream. Ralph's is open most of the year but they do close down Christmas and don't reopen until mid February. You're going to love this place! Today is October 12 and the line here is way too long. Everyone called out and thos you gladly is here alone all day until closing. If this is the way management treats their employees then shame on them! If you have no one to help her then the owners should step up How will she have a lunch break? What if she has to use the ladies room? If this was my daughter, I'd suggest she turn in her resignation papers.

Helpful friendly workers. I ordered the cherry & mango ice. It was excellent! Can't wait to try the pineapple & coconut! Definitely going back!

Nice place. The acai bowls were fantabulous. The ice cream was a bit to sweet, however delicious.
