Great area to get some famous Italian ice. There’s plenty of street parking and you’ll find parking in the back as well. Prices are reasonable and they have all types of flavors
I respect a business’ operating hours, but it isn’t a great experience when your Google listing says that you are open at 11, the door says 12 and at 12:45 you are telling paying customers that you’re not open for another 15 minutes. If you truly are not open until 1pm, you should update your listings. Today Rita’s received our business.
Ralph’s is one of my favorite! The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. We got passion fruit, mango and watermelon ice. All so flavorful and light and refreshing for summer. Can’t wait for pumpkin pie to return this fall!
Of all the Ralph's locations, this is the only one that doesn't fill your container. We ordered a pint and were handed a 3/4 full container. Every other location packs that tub tightly. Never going back to this store location.
We love Ralphs in all the years we had lived on Long Island. We never went to this location but we're staying in Rockville Centre on a visit back to NY. Beyond the long wait on a Sunday evening to get service only three people in front of us, but constand Door Dash orders got made, slowing down the line. I had my old time favorite watermelon and cantaloupe water ices. The flavor was as I remembered, with some chunks of fruit. The cantaloupe though was not smooth with gritty chunks of ice througout. The watermelon was very melted and half had to drunk rather than spooned out. Not the experience I had expected. Maybe it was a bad day, but they needed more help and better quality control at this location.
Great flavors to choose from. This place has icees, ice cream and water ice! Anything you like, they have. The only drawback is that sometimes the flavor you like may not come in the product you like. For example, you might like mint chocolate chip flavored ice cream, but they'd only have that flavor in water ice.
Great Italian ices, always friendly staff
As the 2016 spring-summer-fall season begins...so begins another round of trips to Ralphs!!! This place has the very best in Italian ices you can find anywhere. There's everything from the standard lemon, rainbow and cherry ices, to the fancier mango, strawberry margarita, cotton candy and Caribbean splash. Their cream ices are equally as delicious, and include black cherry cheesecake, chocolate mousse chip, orange 'n creme and red velvet. The quality is stellar and the service is always good. They keep the prices reasonable and if you buy a larger amount, the discounts are great. Parking can be difficult, but if you find a spot anywhere near Park Avenue...treat yourself to a great Italian ice! I highly recommend Ralphs!
