Ralphs

WOW, one cashier open at 2:47pm... Terrible store.. I would go to the self checkout but I can't because I have shoulder injuries in both shoulders... I can't bag my own items... I spoke to the store manager and asked why only one cashier? He said he didn't know,he also told me they are fully staffed... If he doesn't know then who knows, Isn't he supposed to do the scheduling? Maybe someone needs to show him how to do his job. I don't think I'm coming back to this store..

Random act of kindness. I was shocked when the cashier picked up part of my purchase when I was short. I wasn't having too good of a day until Stacey personally took matters into her own hands and helped me out ... practically brought me to tears. People with good hearts still exist and Ralph's found one. Thank you.

This is a nice Ralph to shop at because there parking lot is huge due to being in a big plaza. This Ralph is on my way home so I don't mind stopping by this one. The whole store is organized well and the workers are friendly if you talk to them. I found everything I was looking for today and I was able to walk straight up to the self checkout area to pay for my items.

I'm sure most of the positive reviews on here are either written by people that currently work there or were paid for by some social media company. The fact is this store has a lousy selection of meats. It's way overpriced and you better make sure you check the pricetags and your coupons when it comes time to pay. This location often overcharges people. They even for a while had to post a sign near the door saying they were cited for overcharging people. The checkout lines are always too long. They never have enough staff. I've waited sometimes 20 minutes at the butcher counter waiting for somebody to come by and it's more times than not that you have to wait considerable time for help to come. It's clear they don't have enough people working and they're never going to change this fact. I recommend shopping at Costco instead of this gyp-joint.

After going to the grocery store, I saw the security guard who has a gun around our kids and no camera was taking pictures of some of the girls from the high school a block away when I tried to bring this up to him, he walked away from me and stepped into the office. I tried to talk to a manager about it with a blonde hair, her response was it was above her pay grade

Very nice store, always clean, organized and well maintained, nicely designed departments, very good bakery department, always good customer service. Since last year they have better selection of organic food, and if you have a club card, prices going to be much cheaper.

I have been shopping at Ralph's more often recently since I now live close by. The customer service I've experienced at this location has improved, and I am happy to say that I have also had pleasant exchanges with a few of the workers. I like that they now sell decent quality sushi, but I am still disappointed with their produce selection. It is quite small, the quality is not so great, and the prices are relatively high, so I usually opt out of buying produce at Ralph's.

My favorite supermarket, I got rewards for every shop, clean and nite, I received coupons on my mail also, I really like it.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this place ever, however tonight a tall white guy, brown hair, kind of a scruffy beard, gave me the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced as I was coming in. It looked like he was trying to close the doors, so I asked if they were closing, because I’ve been the employee who used to hate when customers would come in minutes before we were supposed to close, and he said yes and threw his hands up in the air and rudely said “look around. we close at 1” and acted like it was such a inconvenience to him. The rest of the staff that was working here tonight were more than nice and helpful, however, I wish I knew what the other guys name was, but a description of what he looked like is the best I could do

There is not enough cashiers. I wait 20 mins every time I am there. The self checkout line isn’t faster and always overflowing. They need more workers
