The store and employees are fine. Looking more bare then it used to. No this review is for the phone and internet salespeople who've been there every time. Makes me avoid the dairy section. They're pushier and take "no" less well than even at Sam's Club where at least they're just at the beginning and not in front of groceries I want. I keep forgetting they're there other I'm just going to choose other stores where I'm not being hounded by salespeople. I don't want to hear my clothes are pretty while I shop, thanks

We couldn’t find any shopping carts when we arrived. When we were walking through the store we noticed several spots where they had finished loading the shelves and there was a huge cart full of empty boxes blocking merchandise. No employees were around or moving them. The most annoying part was that they had Spectrum representatives soliciting INSIDE the store. Every time we walked by they would cut into our conversation. Lastly, when we got home we realized that 3 of the products we bought were faulty.

I go to Ralphs on Redondo Beach Blvd and Van Ness for my Pharmacy prescriptions needs. The Pharmacy staff are friendly, efficient and family oriented. When I go to there they know my name and we always have a smile and excellent service. Furthermore this Ralphs is clean and the checkout staff are helpful and friendly this Ralphs is managed excellently.

Horrible Pickup Service at this Location!! I used to love the pickup service at this location during the COVID pandemic. But since Dec 2022, the service has gone downhill. They now make you wait at least an hour before they bring your groceries, even if you've done everything correctly on the app. One time, I was the only one at the pickup location, and it still took them 40 minutes to bring my order. It seems like they are deliberately turning people away from ordering groceries online. This is really bad management! Very disappointed

COULDNT SHOP BECAUSE THIS ONE FAT SECURITY GUARD KEPT FOLLOWING ME AND MY FAMILY BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR WE JUST LEFT SO HORRIBLE

Went to buy Kozy Shack pudding, this pudding in store is from 2 months back with mold in your dairy dept... ! All puddings are expired!!! My son had surgery and requested this- thank goodness I checked the dates cause you guys do not. No appology either. Embarrassing! 0 stars. Following up with my review- no one, weeks later- manager never called back as I requested for when product was back in stock.

Poor customer service. Only 1 check stand open. Manager rude and antisocial. Not pleased with customer service. No accommodation for the seniors.

Good visit, quick in and out, even with construction/remodel taking place.

Great customer...store very clean and organized

I live in Hawthorne and this is my go to Ralphs for everything. They have better prices than some other Ralphs in my opinion, at least from the things that i'm frequently purchasing. The produce is always fresh and well stocked, the cashiers are all super friendly and attentive, their drive up pick up service is always quick and efficient, and overall, it's always a pleasurable experience coming here. That's coming from someone who dreads having to go to the grocery store.
