Decent grocery store with good deals. Nice store inventory level
This Ralph's is a great store, and the employees are AMAZING!!! I have shopped at this store sine 2001. It has been remodeled, and it has a lot to offer. I've recently noticed that they have sushi near the deli.
I just want to give shout out to the deli for the bomb roasted chicken my husband brought home just now for my Greek Pasta Salad. It's huge , it's perfectly cooked, and the skin, OMG. I ripped of the wings and ate them first. The deli is MUCH improved from my last review in April. Whatever or whoever was spoken to about the quality of not just the hot food, but the customer service, has worked wonders. Keep up the good work!
Salad where they have made sandwiches are old you can see from the bottom. Classic Pico mild small container had way too much salt after rinsing it was still non edible.
We moved to Ontario recently and this is the closest supermarket to us. So, we go here pretty frequently. From the first day, I couldn't help but notice that the staff here always have smiles on their faces and offer their help. I really appreciate their helpfulness and wanted to write a review to let other people know!
Last time I reviewed this place was back in 2017 and I have to say nothing has changed the customer service is great Carmen and the Flower Lady they always greet us and make us feel extremely comfortable. Its clean, tidy and cold in here. When there is a line most registers are open. The employees here are courteous and work extremely fast.
Good grocery store. Very good staff
Got home and had a stale croissant...not by choice. I even ask the deli stocker if the last box of croissants was fresh. She guaranteed it and walked away suspectingly. Sure enough.. they were stale. Ralphs is off my 'on the wat home' shopping stores.
Very clean store prices a little high .
OPEN TIL 1AM This grocery store is always well stocked and the produce is A+. The bakery is awesome and the deli is fantastic. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well as where they are located in the store. Thank you for the outstanding service. It is very much appreciated.
