First of all this place is awesome. It's filled with great employees that seem to have a good culture, and they do a phenomenal job. I'm writing this review because I wanted to recognize Kay. A little after midnight, I watched a man and woman couple attempt to pull off a short changing scheme. It was pretty intricate, and their ticket was over $200, which oftentimes will lower the cashier's guard. I watched the couple attempt to fast-talk their way out of fifty dollars, and to be honest it was a pretty good grift that MANY people would have fallen for. Kay didn't fall for it, and was very clear and very deliberate in receiving the money owed before completing the transaction. It's not as easy to navigate through these scams by professionals as one would think. Kay deserves a raise, immediately.

Internet deadzone. Everything is a digital coupon. I literally couldn't shop here if I wanted to unless I want to overpay for Everything. This forced me to have to shop somewhere else or drive 20 mins away to another ralphs

Pretty good but overpriced. That "Fresh Fare" increases prices by around 30%

Got some mini cupcakes for Valentines day. Ralphs is my choice for bakery items and a quick Bday cake, they don't disappoint. Usually... I did get a cake here on the drier side for my sis bday late January. I will see in April when I get one for my bro's bday & update y'all!

They really need to train the Store Managers based on “The Golden Rule” even if people think old ways don’t work, I saw the night manager today 1/5/2023 around 6:20 pm harassing a customer over a small cake that apparently he needed a box for it to be able to pay, he got it himself cause the person behind the counter at the Deli,bakery or wherever they call it was too busy, the customer almost had a heart attack over it because the female Manager was just standing there raising her tone twice and I saw him embarrassed and walking away without the cake. I guess the store manager didn’t know or just didn’t care and handled the situation very irrational It was clear “her pride” didn’t allowed her to realize she didn’t know what to do to provide the service she’s paid to do. It was very sad and not the first time and I think next time I’ll shop at Vons... the staff there are more courteous and willing to help you out if you need help. Sorry Ralph’s you lost 3 customers the senior guy that walked out, me and the person behind me who shared my experience and shared my view of the situation. Sometimes the best person it’s not the one that gets the last word.

Friendly customer service and store is typically very clean. Good place to go if I need a few very specific things but it gets far too expensive if I do all my grocery shopping here, even with the rewards card. If you’re looking to shop on a budget Walmart and 99 cent store are my go to’s. But everything else about this store seems great so it gets 4 stars.

Nice fresh salads, great variety of cakes and cheese

Friendly customer service, good deals on meat etc... Good beer. One thing that bugs me. They are always out of the little black carry shopping baskets. Other then that all is good.

The store is fine but the guy Bryan who I called and put me on hold for 15 minutes when I asked if they had a product just to hang up on me is a complete L of a worker. Not only did he not give me my answer but he had me wait almost 20 minutes. And I know the phone didn’t get disconnected this was 8 at night my service was perfect and he Definitely had no other customer at this time who wanted to ask him if they carried activated charcoal. I would fire him immediately ruined my night and left my hopes and dreams crushed.
