Horrible service and management. Things are continually priced wrong in hopes you aren’t paying attention so they can steal from you. Then they won’t honor the price or policy when you call them out on it. Moldy produce, expired product. Juana, Jess, and Kathy are always very rude. They need help in this store.

This store is amazing. Some employees bot so amazing. Over all I would recommend anyone. The meat and produce is always clean and fresh.

I like the store. But today not the supervisor or or the managers in Sierra Lakes location. The newbie kid was asking for a break and i heard her telling him, 2 10 min break and a 30 min lunch in an 8hr work. Then I asked her, only 10 min break? California has 15 min break being paid by the company. Why only 10min The lady said, what are you lng taking about? The kid said, he is asking about my break. The lady wa reluctant to answer and then she said, it is because the break is dependent on what they do. Like, really, your break will depend on your task before one will be given either 10 or 15min? So i called Ralph's headquarters after i left. I couldn't talk to anyone so i called the store, the first manager hungs up on me. The second one i spoke to also did htell me that it's a company policy? Wow. Hope they are being checked by the agencies of the government if what they are doing is right.asking about my break now

Am I the only one? I bet it’s a management thing. Please do better.

went to buy Some Hatch Green chilly this weekend 9-18-22 and The Roasting Company was FredaFarms. they did Everything by Appt and When we Arrived at our Appt time the Chilly was already roasted for us. at first i was like what is this But the Gentleman who was toasting said he just Roasted the chilly. if you're like me i like to see my Green chillie being Roasted. so we took his word and drive back home to San Diego 2 hr drive when we got home we proceeded to clean the Chile and noticed a Soure smell and Slimy. wright away we new the Chilie was spoiled and no good..as further inspection we notied the Green chillie was more like ORTEGA GREEN CHILE  and not Hatch style chilie.. Very disappointed...

They always have what I need. CLEAN & GREAT SERVICE!! EVERY EMPLOYEE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS I SHOP THERE EVERY WEEKEND!! Stater brothers WHO? I'll NEVER SHOP THERE AGIAN THANKS RALPH'S

The stockers are all over the place. Its frustrating not being able to walk through without having to wait for them to finish what they are doing

Great and highly fresh products, and friendly customer Service

Store picks and chooses when to offer service's. I am specifically talking about the seafood department on FRYING FISH. Kind of disappointing to waste time and effort calling to ask if they are frying fish. Ive heard plenty of excuses "like McDonald's with the ice cream machines". Managers and corporate doesnt even bother to return calls. Hopefully this will get some attention they need to resolve the issues they need to work on.

I have been here several times! It was in March of 2020! I came here, when my coffee store was closed! This grocery store, at the time, still carried coffee for take out! Therefore, I have bought coffee several times in this store, before going to work. The prices were same as in other coffee shops, at least for coffee! Furthermore, because many restaurants were closed, and I wanted to keep social distancing. I have bought, several times, my lunch! The wait lines, though, were long. Still, the cashiers moved quite fast! Overall, I had a good experience shopping inside this store!
