Best Emergency Department around! Picked my son up from the locker room floor after football practice and took great care of him. The best thing was when we got to the hospital they had already started the IV and had all the correct tubing and lines so the nurses didn't have to waste time changing anything! Everything was professionally done! Amazing job guys!!
A year ago they came to my mothers house in Ralston when she had hit her head. Six people came in the house which is too many, and three of them were the rudest most disrespectful people I ever met. Two volunteers were wonderful. I could tell they were mortified by the way they were treating my mom. I am a former healthcare worker and it always has bothered me the patronizing and degrading way they treated my elderly mother in her own home. If we didn’t have to deal with health emergencies for a few months after that with my mom I would’ve filed a formal complaint about them. If you have any problems with them immediately go to a supervisor and make sure you get their names.
When my wife had a bicycle accident on the Keystone Trail hit her head and lost consciousness, these were the guys who helped her. They even held onto the bicycle until we could come by to reclaim it a week later!
Do they help with donations cuz I know someone that needs one
the lady who answered the phone was rude
