Absolutely outstanding! Natalie at the front desk helped me so much. I walked in last minute and forgot to bring my referral letter, she went above and beyond to help me out, contacted the facility where I left it and quickly scheduled me in and the whole visit was less than 10 minutes. So so grateful, Natalie saved me so much time and energy. The technician who was performing the x-ray was so kind to let me come in right when she was getting ready to leave. Really appreciate you ladies! Amazing service.
The staff at the front desk was very efficient and easy to talk to. The office was very clean and organized. The technician that did my bone density test, Justine was so pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable. She kept me calm, explained everything to me. In such a quiet and calm voice. I almost fell asleep, before I knew it I was done. I highly recommend Hudson valley Radiology in Suffern. The Best!!!!!
the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and the technician Sicily was fantastic,she put me at ease by explaining to me in detail what i should expect! very pleasant, very proficient, and very professional!!! all the rooms i entered were clean and in good conditionand smellled good! thank you for this 5 star experience!!!!!!
Little hidden gem, the road may be rocky to the parking lot but the staff makes everything smooth sailing with their friendly caring presence and efficiency. Quick in and out for a walk-in X-ray, I highly recommend.
Every staff member from Check in through the procedure were fabulous! They were friendly, kind, professional and made my daughter so comfortable for her procedure. They walked her through every step of the process, easing her nerves and making her feel very safe. Thank you!!!
Last week my mother had an Abdominal CT scan. The front desk was lovely but the tech who came to collect my mother was extremely unprofessional. Firstly he came out screaming Mr. Ahmed when it is Mrs. Ahmed anyway, i correct him and say Mrs. Ahmed. The tech who is an older gentlemen said, are you her book keeper? I was astounded and said no, i am her son. That was unprofessional and not funny. Then he tells my mother to follow him s he enters the room he says to mother come inside I am not GOING TO KIDNAP YOU. I called the New city branch multiple time so I could speak with management but to no avail every time they say the manager will call you back never does. I even left a google review last week no response. I have been brining my mother here for years but looks like we will be going elsewhere. New City is Absolutely horrendous in handling complaints and addressing issues. One week has gone by and still no call back.
Office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The technician I had for both mammography and bone density put me completely at ease. I was in and out in 20 minutes. You have the opportunity to fill out forms and upload medical referrals and insurance. Communication from the office via text was great. Highly recommend!
Excellent staff! Technician was wonderful: professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very kind. She explained everything she was doing and made the process easier than any mammogram I’ve experienced.
The staff here is amazing! Patient. Cheerful. And accommodating. Can’t praise them enough. The only reason I can’t give an honest five stars is because they merged with some monster conglomerate. If you call in, you’ll hear a, “We’re happy to announce that we are now …” message. That “Happy” has taught me again and again that my happiness doesn’t count. You call in and you get an answering service. You have to know to ask to be transferred to the “real” office. Then you’re transferred to the wrong office. Then the appointment you’re calling in for has suddenly been canceled. You show up and you’re asked to reschedule. You then show that you confirmed your appointment this AM! Long story short. If they can screw up a simple appointment this badly, why are you shocked at the staggering amount of accidental deaths in hospitals. Just wait till “everyone” gets healthcare. It will be “a bandaid for everyone.” And Blackstone and these mega companies will be laughing all the way to the bank as they step over our graves after they medicate us to death raising the rates of our meds by 4X a year. Nevertheless, the staff was great!
I was 1/2 hour late for my appointment. The staff there was so very understanding and were able to accommodate me. They could've just rescheduled me. Much appreciated, thank you.
