Simple but delectable chin-tan (chicken base) soup or rich and hearty-tasting donkotsu pitan (pork base) soup, coupled with our fresh home-made ramen noodles, create perfect harmonies in every bowl. Our noodles and broth are made every day with love, using all fresh ingredients. Also, in order to be able to serve you traditional Japanese ramen all the way over here in Vancouver, our chefs mastered authentic ramen recipes in Chiba, Tokyo and Osaka in Japan.
