TLDR: Better Dispensary Across the Street! Zen was a bit of a letdown today. Bummed to learn that they don't take returns for flower, which I totally get because there's definitely a need for certain policies like this to be in place, but come on, I tried to make my return quite literally 3 minutes after purchasing it. The brown bag that was stapled shut with my flower in it was still fully intact. I'm not a regulator or anything, but from my perspective, I didn't feel like the strict approach was really necessary. It made me feel trapped with my not fantastically priced purchase. THERE IS GOOD NEWS THOUGH! Off The Charts Weho is a dispensary located just across Alfred St. I stumbled in after leaving Zen just for funsies and, woah! They have the prices and products I've been scouring for. They have great discounts, incredibly friendly staff, a loyalty program, way better weed than Zen, and it looks like it's only going to get cooler! It seemed like they were amidst a soft launch, so I'm really excited to see Off the Charts grow into my favorite dispensary in WeHo!

Disappointed by the customer service of this highly reviewed place. New to the area and tried this place out. One of my orders of flower had a bug in it. When I reached out via email so I could share the images, I never received a response even after a followup. Decided to call instead and the workers tried to be helpful but they weren’t able to decide on anything without a manager. They mentioned they were getting in in a few hours and wrote my name to call me.. I never received that call back. Anyways the next day I called again and got someone who was able to resolve the issue. I was told I’d receive a refund or a credit at the store and they’d contact the producer about the issue. I said credit as I felt they deserve a second chance. When going back to the store and mentioning the credit they scrambled to call someone who knew about this situation and eventually found someone to confirm. They asked me for the flower back which I wasn’t told on the phone to save or bring in. Instead of the $55 credit they offered me some free flower. Once going home and looking it up, it’s worth half the value of what I originally ordered. Poor communication Poor customer service Poor resolution I feel tricked leaving and still had to spend money to get a little money back for the issue.
Rip off prices and shady practices. Staff couldn't be bothered but boy are they are bother. Go somewhere else. There's 3 million other places around with WAY better prices and MORE selection. They killed my buzz before I got it.
Yeah I’m done with this place. I don’t care what kind of reputation this establishment may have with tourists but as far as locals go, these guys like to switch their prices almost every single time I’ve come here I get the exact same thing, Raw Garden Full Gram. I would expect to pay the same amount every time but honestly I’m just sick of expecting any kind of familiarity from the dispensary across the street from my job. If you value a welcoming and caring dispensary then don’t shop here and they’re not welcomed to leave their flyers in my store anymore either. I thought I had a relationship here but clearly there isn’t
Everyone was great here and I would give 5 stars but the raw garden battery I was recommended and bought here ruins vape cartridges. Idk if the heat just doesn't turn off and it cooks the oil out, but the oil just dries up and doesn't allow air to pass ..

Blijha is a very helpful tender over at zen. Always fun spirited and happy whenever I come in and very welcoming energy she has Love the shop and coming in seeing her ! Great customer service
Zen Weho is hands down the best dispensary is LA. I live in Venice and go to dispensaries around my way at least once a month. I was in West Hollywood for some meetings and needed to grab some goods for the people I was entertaining. Stopped by Zen and it was a world of difference from my usual experiences. These guys were friendly, owner or manager came down to help me choose the right products. The entire place had an amazing vibe. Very different from all the other places I go where I feel like I just get processed and taxed. I highly recommend trying this spot out. Seems like they actually care about their customers and they have products I haven’t seen at the other stores. Also have a Mike Tyson Typth Jar that made me laugh. Good job Zen!!
