All I can say today is that this is a great dentist along with a wonderful staff of ladies that are all so helpful & kind. Being thankful to be at work reflects in the way you treat your customers & clients. I felt like I mattered today… That’s a great feeling. Absolutely great. All the employees are easy to work with me. I always say a prayer every morning for God to keep the FRONT LINE WORKERS SAFE FROM HARM AND DISEASE. I PRAY THAT AGAIN WHEN I SAY GRACE AT DINNER. AND SOMETIMES DURING THE DAY. SO I PRAY THAT PRAYER WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR STAFF SAFE FROM HARM AND DISEASE
Dr. Ramsey is great! He was quick to take care of my problem today and everyone in their office is very, VERY polite, helpful and friendly. I drive over an hour to go to Dr. Ramsey!
I just wanted to say that customer service starts with the person that answers the phone. “Marie” is one of the best on the phone & customer service people that I have dealt with in my 25 years in the Gainesville area. Dr Ramsey is a gentle and caring dentist. His assistants are wonderful. He has placed three or four crowns for me over the last 20 years. I would and have recommended him.
