First time today entering the store I must say customer service is great. Friendly staff and great service I will definitely go back to the store . Thanks for everything you all do. Happy holidays.
People are very knowledgeable, and really nice. Just some loader is a bit lazy, and didn't want to load up some stuff and had to do most of it my self. No big if I would have had gloves. But, definitely shop here often.
I stop in at Ranch Hand a few times a month. Mostly to get treats for my chickens. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. Clean place. Lots of things to buy for your ranch. We stopped by to get hay for our garden. Store inside has so many nice things to purchase. You're be surprised at what you find inside. We will be back again.
The staff always seem so helpful and if in the off chance they do not have exactly what you're looking for, they are eager to assist in thinking up a workable solution. My mini pig is fully pleased with his new food/ water receptacle combo! My lil Bacon Bit says thank you Ranch Hand!!
Great store if you are looking for outdoor posting for fences. Projects like installing a sail in your backyard for shade this is the place. These posts will not bend on you you will need two people to lift them but definitely worth it. Four by four post will eventually bend on you.
Great staff not really a fan of the manager but everyone else is cool. Prices are a bit higher than Wagon Wheel but it's a little closer for me so I occasionally go here instead.
This is like a livestock candy store! Every time I go I can spend hours in there! They have it all from livestock feed to tack - English and western. I live in Zephryhills but drive to Brooksville. The staff are always helpful and super friendly!
Purchased a bag of top brand parrot food from this store and it was moldy and expired. I'm on the way to the vet as we speak! UNACCEPTABLE!
