I lived their 4 years ago for almost 19 years. The old managers were horrible but the new one has done an amazing job. Eddie works really hard. Everything looks way cleaner then when the old management was their. Over all this park has came a long way and is a very safe place to be with kids. The neighbors are very nice and helping when needed.
Does anybody remember Lisa? That lived thair? She was a older Vietnamese woman she never married or had any children she was my friend she was very nice lady all ways gave me hugs
The manager eddie is a criminal he stalks people and harasses his tenants . He is constantly breaking laws and makes up rules . hes a real creep. Watch ur children around him too .
I love it because I once lived there. it is a nice child friendly park it is also very clean
One of the nicer family mobilehome parks in Yucaipa. Swimming pool and nice club house. And affordable space rent.

Hard to find if you blink you miss it and it says its up the street after u passed it.
