Went by to see one of my customers and was very impressed with how clean the park was.
Maintenance manager is rude so is the managers. And if u get Your bike stolen don’t go to the manager because the cameras are apparently “not working.”
Do not live here. Management endorses animal abuse. Empty homes are not maintained. The only thing corporate has their eyes on is money through eviction and extortion. THESE ARE SLUMLORDS. Tenants of ten years or more become more susceptible the longer they stay. Living here means enduring the intense scrutiny that comes with the rules. They are biased and selective with their rules, preferring to act like a Home Owner's Association HOA only when it's convenient for them. Your life does not matter here. There are several run down trailers that they refuse to put the money into fixing, which wouldn't be such a concern if they weren't so obsessed with the condition of your own home. There's no leading by example. They only want your money. They've threatened our tenancy several times, advocated for animal abuse without actually attempting to fix the feral population, and attempted to extort money out of us after attempting to send a lawn maintenance crew unsuspectingly to our home without our permission.. Before trying to dump us with the bill! Despicable. There is no peace here and employees will invade the premises of your lot to make any kind baseless accusation against you. Quality of life is seriously lacking, and you'll have more privacy living in North Korea than setting base here in these parks.
A horrible place to live. You have to follow intense rules and policies and if you don't you'll be evicted. Even if your plants are 2 inches too long, they'll try to kick you out. This is a for profit property so they don't care about you; only your money and their pockets. This place is run down and there is only a few trailers left. Run from here.
I would give this place a negative in stars if I could. It's an awful place to live. Mold.. if you are looking for a place there.. it would be in your families best interest to have the place checked for mold. Don't trust them to do it ...They go through Park Managers every few months for various reasons. One I know left because she suspected Mold in the home that she was required to live in. While I lived there for 2 years there were at least 4 of them. Times in between managers was considerable also. In my opinion, I would think long and hard before agreeing to work or live in this place. It has the potential to be a nice place and besides a few busy bodies there are some very good people that live there. They deserve to have a good place that is kept up on the grounds and to have a decent manager. My understanding is that and I know this to be true they are not paid enough to stay and put up with the BS. My understanding is also that they have low grade materials to work with but are expected to work miracles with it. From talking with neighbors about their homes, I was told that they were told by owners that their leaking homes would be fixed, they were to be roofed. However more damage then was necessary was done in these homes because the roofing didn't happen for 2 yrs. As I see it there is not a lot of interest in keeping this park up besides the bare minimum according to regulations. Nothing extra can be spent on the park or the staff. Sad because it really does have potential.
Good place to work at, very good people.
Very clean 2 pools Tennis. Court / basketball full court Laundry hut Picnic areas Seems quite....
Quiet and I always find a guest parking. Not as many people live here like it was 10 years ago. I used to walk to work at McChevron down the street.
Lots of mobiles were bought by a single buyer and moved out of the park. Looked like half empty. Nice spaces available. Clean and quiet park. I visit several times a year.
I have lived here since April 2003. I have dealt with several managers. Some nice, some horrible. The latest manager Tiffany is horrible. She takes sides against residents based on one space says without a investigation. That’s hearsay and illegal. Writing up 7 day notices which are pure harassment. Now the park is trying to kick my family out because we called the police on our neighbor for taking pictures of my son which is handicapped. Corporate for the company is worse. MCM Management company is crooked. The title to my mobile home is pending to Rancho Fiesta since 2000. They never put it in their name and tell their residents that they have to do it. That’s wrong. The park has to put it in their name and pay all the back taxes so my family and I can get it in our name. They refuse. I don’t recommend this park or company to anyone.
