I have used Rancho Viejo Flooring for several years, for flooring in my own home, as well as all of my clients' projects! As an Interior Designer it's important to work with vendors that understand my schedule, my vision and the needs for each individual project. Duane, has a great variety materials, to choose from ... tile for kitchens and bathrooms, lots of choices of flooring, from tile to wood and Luxury Vinyl plank, etc. His crew is fast, courteous, and does a great job! I have lots of pictures of projects but here are a few pictures from the latest flooring project I did with Rancho Viejo Flooring.
First let me start off by saying that Duane is one of the good guys. He is incredibly trustworthy. You feel that from the moment you meet him. His energy is infectious. He had a great feel for what I was are trying to accomplish with my project and completed it on time and on budget. I will be recommending him to anyone that is looking for great flooring and service at a good price.
We have used Rancho Viejo Flooring twice in our home, first for hardwood flooring on our staircase and upstairs hall and recently to re-carpet 5 bedrooms. Duane was friendly, informative, very helpful and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and timely when quoting the jobs and the pricing was fair and competitive. His installers do an amazing job and leave the place as clean as they found it. I love the fact that they are a local company and Duane really knows the trends and provides quality recommendations and feedback. His products are top notch. I would definitely recommend Rancho Viejo Flooring to friends and family!
Could not be more happy with my new floors! From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with Rancho Viejo Flooring. Best experience. Duane was wonderful to work with. He's honest, detail oriented and went the extra mile to order my floors and have them installed before we moved into our new home. His workers were respectful, on time everyday and did an excellent job. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them! In fact my cousin has already had her floors done as well.
Rancho Viejo flooring is the absolute best!!! I have gone through multiple remodels and have experienced flooring being done on multiple occasions and this was the best experience I have ever had. Duane is incredible and has awesome advice and expertise to offer. He can always be reached and is always available which is huge with such important and big projects. His installers are the best. Extremely professional, respectful and friendly. Very detail oriented and go above and beyond. I will never use another person for flooring and I will be recommending rancho viejo flooring to everyone. It could not have been a better experience!!! And the final product left us speechless. We could not be happier!!
My wife and I were planning on new floors for quite some time. For some context it took us three months to pick a couch so when it came to new floors we were very picky. We had contacted multiple companies and contractors to help us. Not one had the right level of service, samples we were looking for or willing to help. On a whim I dropped by Rancho Viejo flooring and Duane had the samples we wanted and then some, the timing that worked for us and a competitive price to boot. After months of searching it seemed to easy but our search was over. When Duane came over with his crew he noted that they take their time to ensure their customers are satisfied. A 2,200 sq foot house with stairs only took them four days and it turned out amazing. His crew was nice, fast and checked in with us multiple times each day throughout the process. They even let me work behind them taking the opportunity when the rooms were cleared to do some touch up painting and baseboard work. We worked, listened to music, had lunch together and had fun while we worked. There were a few times where communication was needed for additional inventory and some custom stair work and Duane was very responsive even over the holiday. To say the least we were very satisfied with the work, the quality, the service and of course our floors. Will upload photos once we stop staring at our amazing floors, thanks Duane
This is the second time we have worked with Duane and his company Rancho Viejo Flooring. After the first job went so well we knew if we needed flooring in the future we would definitely use him again. He recently completed a second job for us and just like the first job, from the first consultation to the completion of the job we were very impressed with Duane and his team. Without a doubt we will use him again in the future should we need flooring. It was a great experience. Thank you again Duane!
Rancho Viejo flooring. They were in and out in one day our floors were done we are so happy. They were gentle with all her furniture and they moved everything around. They made it so easy for us. Our floors never looked better. Their professionalism was on canning they made us feel very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get their floors done.
RVF was a complete lifesaver! Duane and his crew came to the rescue even after giving them such short notice about a deadline I needed to meet! My house went thru a terrible slab leak that destroyed my floors. After a few flooring contractors, literally nothing got done with my floors. Duane was recommended by my daughter’s second grade teacher and she raved about how much she loved her new floors. I immediately called him after my parent/teacher conference meeting and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. Duane was so accommodating with my busy schedule and was willing to meet me after hours because I didn’t get off work til 5pm and being a single mom, it’s super tough getting any appointments down during business hours. He arrived in a timely manner, immediately got to work with measurements and gave me some options. He was very straight to point which I appreciate. With a short deadline, I needed to pick my flooring quick. Again, Duane was very accommodating. He made himself available at his showroom during my lunch hour and let me take home 4 sample pieces. I found my piece, scheduled installment dateafter moving his schedule around to make my deadline work and the rest was history. His crew came in, took over my place and was able to finish my floors and baseboard in one day. I was very impressed with their work and craftsmanship. Duane was also very patient and answered all of my annoying more nervous/second guessing questions. Rest assured, I put my trust in him and I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t be more happier with the results and the fact it was done the day before my deadline! Highly recommend RVF to all my family and friends! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you!
My experience with Rancho Viejo Flooring was 5 star all the way. The products, the price and the workmanship were all fantastic!
