For any bunny parent out there, this vet is bunny approved. I took my bunny Stewie in for his first visit and it went well. Dr. Pete is very knowledgeable about bunny care and the vet techs are super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Pete and Dr. Judy are incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I came to them with a complicated case that was not being handled well by a different Veterinary office. Dr. Pete goes above and beyond when it comes to explaining treatment plans, test results and answering all and any questions and concerns. The entire staff here is very professional, caring, and my dog loves them all. The front desk is always helpful with scheduling and quick to follow up on any calls. So grateful for their excellent care. Thank you!
The receptionist is very kind and the vets were rabbit savvy. The vet seemed a bit annoyed when a young girl came in with the bunny but still tried to be patient and looked after my bun. Hoping that the vet will be a little warmer towards us the next time we visit. Other than that, we think this animal hospital is really great and we will be visiting again soon.
Dr Pete and all the staff are incredible! My dog Tootsie was old and very sick, Dr Pete went above and beyond to make sure she was put down in a very nice personal setting. I will always take my pet to Dr Pete! Thank you to all the staff!
I can't tell you how wonderful the staff and doctors are. The staff, Dr. Pete, and Dr. Cole always provide the best care possible and are truly concerned with my pet and me. In fact, Dr. Pete came in on his day off to perform an emergency surgery on my Rhodesian Ridgeback.I've been a client for week over 30 years and will continue to be. I fully recommend Rand Road Hospital.
I have been taking my furbabies to Rand Road for 36 years. They have been there for my family through the good and sad times. The staff is wonderful, they're almost like family and the care is incredible. I feel so fortunate to have found doctors who treat my furbabies like their own.
This Vet gets my Vote. I was on vacation and when I picked my Dog up from Boarding they pointed out a growth on my dogs Leg. Of course I was concerned. So I took her to my Normal Vet BanField Well at least I Tried. They told me it would be two weeks before they could get her in. I tried two other BanFields and got the same response. then My call to Rand Road Animal Hospital I think the Lady who answered the phone felt my concern and was able to talk to the DR's and fit me in that day. DR. Pete and team took great care of my Dog and he took more time then I expected to make sure I felt good when I left. DR. Pete and Rand Road will be my place to bring my girl now.
In 2018, I Had brought my rabbit here for help because she had a cancerous tumor. They told us that it was just a dulap. it wasn't and when we had to put her down they kept opening the door and leaving and going back in. I was 11 and I wasn't allowed in the room and I saw everything happen to my poor baby. when they finished they gave us a pen and told us to have a good day. no sympathy. Never coming here again. it's scarred me. it angers me..
