Unresponsive, you can call several times and they never respond. Unreasonable, having me drive 3 hours to renew a perscription for a simple cream that could be done over the phone. Rude on the phone, with a manner of just wanting to get rid of you as fast as possible. Overall negative experience, and I HATE that this is the only medicaid option around, something they seem to count on in the way they treat people. Also still just can't seem to figure out the skin issue, been over a year and still "trying new things" each worse than the last.
Highly impressed by the NP and staff they are very compassionate and kind. My daughter was seen for a cyst on her cheek and it was removed and she feels great.
Friendly , personable, knowledgeable, thorough and did things in a timely manner. .
The first time I went I got a nurse practitioner who spoke in all medical terms and talked pretty quickly. I left without any real answers and just feeling overall like I didn’t care for my experience. The next time I requested someone different and the lady I got was wonderful. Very easy to talk to and we made headway on taking steps to find a solution. However, I thought it was very unprofessional that they sent me away with the responsibility of delivery of my own lab work to the hospital. That seems like something they should be responsible for.
Theresa and her staff were excellent. Took time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and do a thorough exam.
Very friendly staff. And Theresa Coyner is great! She really knows skin! And if she can't figure it out, she's not afraid to refer you. There's usually not a wait. I will continue seeing her and definitely recommend her to anyone.
