Our services are available to all residents of Randolph County with an emphasis that includes serving the uninsured, underinsured and the underserved.

Administrative Services:
The Health Department is the registrar for vital records in Randolph County. Birth and death certificates from anywhere in Missouri are available. Forms can be downloaded at our website. This department also assesses presumptive eligibility for Missouri Medicaid, and issues temporary Medicaid cards.
Clinic Services:
The clinic offer services including immunizations; primary care, family planning, child health exams, wellness and cancer screenings, mammogram referral and payment assistance, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol tests, pregnancy testing, TB testing and STD testing. Our payment sources include Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance plans, and we also offer a sliding fee scale.
Community Health Services:
The Community Health Services department offers a variety of outreach services to residents and worksites in Randolph County. Some of those services include, CPR training and recertification, wellness clinics (that include blood pressure and cholesterol screenings), health fairs, outreach immunization and flu clinics, smoking cessation classes, nutrition education, heart health, and day care consultant services.
WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Services:
WIC is a federally funded nutrition education and supplemental feeding program for breastfeeding or pregnant women, infants, and children up to the age of 5. This program has income requirements.
OTHER SERVICES:
We have a lactation consultant on staff to give Breastfeeding support, breast pumps, dental screenings for kids, and low cost carseats, & help with installation.

Environmental Health Services:
The Health Department also provides many environmental health services, including sewage permits, inspections, food handler and manager classes, food and water testing, communicable disease surveillance, rabies control and consumer products safety.
In-Home Services:
The Healthy Families of Randolph County program offers home visitation, by trained staff, to eligible families in Randolph County, Missouri. The goal is to promote child well-being, strengthen parent-child relationships and promote healthy childhood growth and development through home visitation. This is a VOLUNTARY program.
Who is eligible?
Family must live in Randolph County, Mo.
Family must be Medicaid eligible.
Family must be enrolled during pregnancy or have an infant under
the age of 3 months.
Women enrolled must be under the age of 24 and be a first time
parent. Services may be offered until the child turns 3 years of age.
After an assessment to determine if a family meets qualifications, a Family Support Specialist (FSS) will make regular visits to the home. The frequency of visits will be based on the age of the child and the needs of the family. Services will be offered Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or as arranged with the FSS and family.
These services are free to eligible families and are limited by funding through the Missouri Department of Health. Once the maximum number of families is enrolled, applicants will be provided with community referrals to meet their needs.
