Ive been a customer at this bank through all it's iterations. Never treated as badly as this morning. Always a friendly greeting and good chat. Today awful, greeted as if I was interrupting something, rude throughout. A simple deposit . Person was on the left teller spot as you entered the door. If you don't want to deal with the public then don't. Hopefully others dealt with this and let you know.
Given a letter stating money would be held for 2 days, the bank decided they would keep it for 7 days instead with no communication. Shady business practices, will be switching to larger bank.
HORRIBLE BANK! HORRIBLE! I PAID $40.00 FOR A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX 2022 - 2023 AN ENTIRE 1 /2 YEAR HAS PASSED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN A KEY TO THE SAFETY DEP. BOX, I HAVE CALLED, SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS, NOTHING! I HAVE CONTACTED THE FDIC ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE BANK & NOTHING! NOW THEY ARE IN RECEIVERSHIP OR MERGING OR SOMETHING, AGAIN! THIS ORGANIZATION IS A TOTAL WASTE OF A SPACE & TOTAL MESS AS A BANK! I HAVE TRIED OVER & OVER TO COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL, CERTIFIED LETTERS, PHONE CALLS & LEFT MESSAGES OVER & OVER. NOTHINNG! NO RESPONSE. NO CALL BACKS. NO LETTER RESPONSES! NOTHING AT ALL! IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A USABLE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX & KEY RANDOLPH, MASSACHUSETTS THEN REFUND MY $40.00, ASAP!
